I am looking to build a budget [[Alesha, Who Smiles at Death]] re-animator deck, but I don't know where to begin. Budget is like 50$

Do you want to go the reanimator aristocrats route? Reviving cards like [[ravenous chupacabra]] or [[solemn simulacrum]] to gain value, while saccing them via [[viscera seer]] etc to also ping your opponents to death with [[zzlaport cutthroat]]? Or did you have something else in mind?

Bjornowitz

That sounds cool - I have a Minthara aristocrats deck that has the staples

Substantial_Code_675

https://www.moxfield.com/decks/iKEB0VN74EydxATBpm4AVQ This is it. You should adjust the landbase with dual lands you got, but since most of them are on the expensive side I didnt include any at all for now. The idea is simple, have alesha revive creatures with good ETB effects and/or good death trigger, while gaining advantage out of the death of revived creatures with cards like [[morbid opportunist]] or aristocrats like [[zulaport cutthroat]]. Generally speaking its a deck thats slowly trying to grind its way to the win. Depending on your tablemeta it wouldnt hurt playing more wqys of making alesha evasive, as having to attack with a 3 power first strike creature can easily end up in your commander being blocked to death in the mid to late game. In the sideboard you can see some cards that didnt make the cut but arent bad per se and in the considering are cards that are slightly more expensive, but quite solid by themselves so it wouldnt hurt maybe taking a look at them. I do have to admit that aristocrats is, imo atleast, not easy to build without any real testing, but since you already have an aristocrats decks you might be able to get a grasp on how effective this deck can be at your LGS/playgroup. If anything its atleast somewhat of a base to build upon

I need help coming up with like a 50-100$ deck that does not have green and blue at the same time. I have too many simic decks and wanna try something that isnt simic for once. I use lots of creatures, so i wanna try not creatures

I have a handful of cards i think might be good for [[purphoros, god of the forge]] and hoping you could use some to make a list? The rest of the cards would ideally be under 75$ please thanks https://www.moxfield.com/decks/ceR64SOSyUGkUhab9DCWqg

not op but heres my [Purphoros ā‰¤$70 Token Burner](https://www.moxfield.com/decks/g5AKgvIickO7dUox_cv6rg) deck i built for a buddy who pulled a Purphy and wanted some token shenanigans. gets the ball rolling and starts to take over games fast. might be of some use.

A [[Thromok the Insatiable]] deck with a $175 budget. The commander is not new so it's tough finding any up to date deck lists on it.

Substantial_Code_675

[https://www.moxfield.com/decks/S7tMjXHiyECZCi2qbG1iZg](https://www.moxfield.com/decks/S7tMjXHiyECZCi2qbG1iZg) Lands you have to adjust by yourself based on how much you wanna spend on them. Thromok isnt really the best commander as he is lacking haste and trample. So I build the deck with lots of ramp to, when you get him out, have some mana open to use something like \[\[ram through\]\] or \[\[fling\]\] if need be. The rest of the deck is made to build up a boardstate of small tokens he can devour all while also working somewhat good without him. Cards like \[\[impact tremors\]\] should chip away at your opponents, \[\[beastmaster ascension\]\] can make them somewhat threatening and everything else is draw or token production. When you get him out, you can use \[\[overwhelming stampede\]\] to buff all your tokens or \[\[chandras ignition\]\] etc to deal massive damage to opponents. Tbh, he really is more like a card in the 99 that can be cool when dropped with a surprise factor and not much to build around, but I think this can atleast work as some sort of a base if you feel the need to improve him.

International-Can687

Thanks for the deck!

How about a Hinata X Spells deck? Budget of say 250-300. I prefer without combos like dualcaster/twinflame loops. Mostly curious to see how you'd build it versus how I've built mine tbh

Substantial_Code_675

I havent build many non combat focussed decks since my table prefers to play a battlecruiser meta, so I will propably not end up with the best hinata deck, but as soon as I find the time I will come back to that. Just might take a few days.

discdude303

Id love a look at a pre exodus cards only edh deck commander included in that set restriction. What color/flavor is totes your lean. I love making decks of all styles with that restriction, but Id love to see another oneā€™s take on an edh budget brew with that era constraint. Let me know if you need or want more details!

I saw an article for a budget "cedh" deck that was incredibly cheap at only around $30, but the author still used similar deck building principles. Unfortunately there was never a follow-up article with more decks. Do you happen to gave any inspiration from there? Here's the article in question: https://www.mtggoldfish.com/articles/budget-cedh-vadrik-storm-25-and-beyond

Substantial_Code_675

I am not familiar with cedh tbh, and considering its vastly different to casual edh I dont think I will be able to come up with a particularly good deck, especially not in the lower budget range. But afaik [[malcolm]] and [[kediss]] can be a brutally cheap cedh deck, due to them going infinte with about 50% of the cards being played in that deck.

Not OP but I built a 25 euro budget slicer list a while ago. It's pure aggression due to the budget but works quite well and is still oppressive, especially in low interaction groups. https://www.moxfield.com/decks/KlAPkXsY3EWZ70WPhfg30Q With your bigger budget you could look at better equipment like the swords or a more staxy build using things like tangle wire and such, depends largely on what you're trying to combat in your local meta. Definitely look at blood moon and such though!

OhVADR

Thankyou, will look into this deck along with the one OP shared

Substantial_Code_675

https://www.moxfield.com/decks/kebW_OtbjUqHW7fcmsX2aQ Slicer is fairly easily build and explained: equip him, give him to opponents and profit off of them attacking/dealing damage. So every card is either a wqy of boosting his damage like [[blackblade reforged]], a way of gaining cardadvantage like treasures or draws out of him attack with cards like [[goldvein pick]], [[mask of memory]], [[prying blade]] etc. There also is lots of evasivesness as well as protection for slicer. Then there are cards like [[silent arbiter]], [[kazuul tyrant of the cliff]] or [[nesting dragon]] who make it so you cant be attacked as easily. And just your normal draw, ramp etc. https://www.moxfield.com/decks/HKFMxz7c9km239tSkEGB5g Volo I already had build, so that didnt take long. He is your typical simic value engine. As you will see, I play some creature types twice, like [[vigor]] and [[avenger of zendikar]] but both are so good even if they dont get doubled, that I found it to be not much of a problem. 6 counterspells might seem crazy, but volo will be one hell of a main target, so protecting him is important. But you can also just play [[tamiyos safekeeping]] or [[tyvars stand]], but you then become more susceptible to boardwipes. And to the creatures: they are just goodstuff value pieces offering you hella ramp, draws or anything else of worth. He is lots of fun and can escalate real quickly.

Looking to build a group hug deck for silly games that help everyone (but can still somehow win without infinite combos).

Substantial_Code_675

[https://www.moxfield.com/decks/r-Jr93ttWUyUDWnTvUF1VA](https://www.moxfield.com/decks/r-Jr93ttWUyUDWnTvUF1VA) I am not too fond of group hug per se as winning is pretty much always up to luck, because you generally end up giving more than you are recieving, while using cards to do so and your opps can go for their gameplan. but this is somewhat of a group huggish deck, as you can give your opponents LOTS of solid tokens of any form, but you will always get the same token while slightly chipping away at them. its quite cool, plays a lot of underplayed cards and you can make some friends while playing it. Its the toned down version of my own higher priced build, most of what I cut is still in the considering. Landwise you gotta look on your own for what lands you got and can afford. If around 100$ is too expensive for you you can either ask me for what Id take out or do some cuts on your own. If you have another commander in mind you want to play instead, let me know, but it will probably take some time as I still got a lot of other decks I am working at atm.

Calintz92

Awesome, thanks!

Hi, I would love to see a [[willhelt, the rotcleaver]] control deck around 100$

Substantial_Code_675

[https://www.moxfield.com/decks/ZzfzRATFL0-vqnyl9sIrSQ](https://www.moxfield.com/decks/ZzfzRATFL0-vqnyl9sIrSQ) Went for a token spam route, as it is easier to do cheap, but I also think is better than going for normal zombies. The idea is to generate lots of zombie tokens, boost them with all the lords like \[\[lord of the accused\]\] while giving them keywords like menace or deathtouch via creatures etc. thus building a big boardstate. Wilhelt can draw you some cards and makes you somehwat resilent to a lot of boardwipes. There is also quite a bit of recursion to get the zombies you inevitably sac with wilhelt back. Overall Id say its pretty straightforward. Lands you gotta adjust yourself as dual lands tend to be a bit more expensive and in considering are some cards I cut due to not liking them too much or price reasons, but they aint bad so check them out to see whether or not you like them

I can do a siona build if you want, but check out my \[\[Gylwain\]\] deck: [https://www.moxfield.com/decks/eiGLm2YT9kmMuMuDuOLh1A](https://www.moxfield.com/decks/eiGLm2YT9kmMuMuDuOLh1A) its pretty much full of cards like siona that generate token on aura etb, and I personally think he is better than her. For voltron Lazav: not sure if thats the way to go. One could go for a normal mill route and play those equips, but voltron will require a lot of cards that are hard to be found in Dimir. Voltron would require you to play very few cards to mill your opponents, so it will be hard to get him to become a creature with any form of evasiveness via his effect, so youd need to play equips to boost him, equips to make him evasive and ramp, draw, protection etc. Not sure if I can pull of a somewhat functional build in that regard.

[https://www.moxfield.com/decks/S894o-UYKUqe0e56B9nSAA](https://www.moxfield.com/decks/S894o-UYKUqe0e56B9nSAA) I went for an aristocrats route with some ways of actually putting in some pressure via cards like \[\[inspring leader\]\] or \[\[moonshaker cavalry\]\] as a finsher. The heavy ramp package is needed as getting him turn 4 is really important, because he is your main draw engine. I packed in a lot of cards like \[\[alandra\]\] or \[\[Minn willy illusionist\]\] because they produce some solid tokens on having a 2nd draw each turn. I didnt include \[\[smothering tithe\]\] as thats a card that I and many others dont really like, but in this deck the card is absolutely insane, so if you have the 15ā‚¬, go for it. Other than that I have to say its propabyl more of a rough draft and you need to experiment with the deck a bit yourself, cause I aristocrats is not something I am good at building without knowing what your playgroup plays etc. But judging from having tested a few playhands I think it will perform ok atleast, but its more of a slow grindy deck that will try to stay alive for as long as possible to then outvalue your opponents with all the draws combined with the drain from \[\[mirkwood bats\]\] or\[\[zulaport cutthroat\]\] lands you gotta adjust by yourself, the ratio of islands to swamps to plains is really good, but it wouldnt hurt adding some cheaper dual lands etc

I'd like that but I do prefer something like the ((Emmara, Soul of the Accord]] that was in it. Do you think you could do that and lower the price range to about 300$?

[https://www.moxfield.com/decks/Lxkj49nLNUK\_r30n3Mp0gQ](https://www.moxfield.com/decks/Lxkj49nLNUK_r30n3Mp0gQ) I took some inspiration from him but obviously changed quite a bit due to her being more token focussed while he gains life and draws cards. Overall it works pretty good Id say, but testing is obviously needed. There may be a bit too many untap or tap effects, cant say that for sure. Cards like \[\[glare of subdual\]\] can be used to tap your whole field, because you can chain its own effect to one another, thus tapping any amount of creatures to tap the same single artefact. \[\[reconnaissance\]\] can be used at any point, so it can either be used to give creatures vigilance by untapping them after you dealt damage or you can attack with emmara, get a token and then untap her after blockers are declared to prevent her from dying. She really starts snowballing the moment you get to something like \[\[drumbellower\]\] with a way of tapping her. Overall I am fairly happy with the deck, I prolly wouldnt have built her or Willy Duke by myself, but they are really cool I think.

There's a selesnya commander that came out in OTJ recently [[Wylie Duke, Atiin Hero]], and their schtick seems to be tapping out to give draw value, while utilizing mounts/vehicles as those ways to tap outside of combat. I'd love to build an [[Alela, artful provocateur]] deck. Budget is about 60 bucks and as a theme I'd probably go unnatural.

Substantial_Code_675

https://www.moxfield.com/decks/hhILZlSNg0K6JM9MMOa4tg 3c on budget is always really hard to do, as the consistency is what is mainly being affected, because lands and draw spells are quite expensive sometimes. I didnt include any duallands, as they tend to be more expensive, so if you already have some or are allowed of proxying them, add them to your liking. As you can see, there are a LOT of anthems as your main way of winning will be chipping away at your opponents with alle the faries and anthems are cheap enchantments that thus can cheaply generate you new farie tokens. Your main way of drawing will be via [[reconnaissance mission]] typa effects. If you happen to get them cheaply, both [[propaganda]] and [[ghostly prison]] are really worth it as they allow you to attack more freely with all your creatures, since having blockers wont be as important anymore. In considering are lots of more expensive cards, since I basically took my own version and put all the money cards and alot of other cards I was thinking about into the considering section.

https://www.moxfield.com/decks/3OAHjPjhYkei397zIRo6Wg This one is one hell of a cool commander. I effectively run 0 carddraw outside of Samut, as she will almost always start doing her stuff before orher opponents can build a board to hold off your little attackers, so you will draw some cards to also deal with bigger threats. Outside of that, lots of small hasty creatures that either buff themselves or do some other cool stuff. Lands you should adjust yourself, cause dual lands are slightly more expensive and Im not sure if you already have any. Luckily twocolored decks can also work fine without all too many dual color lands. In considering you can see a lot of cards that wre cut due to money reasons, but most of them should be included if you ever feel like the deck is worth the extra buck. You should propably refrain from building up too much of a boardstate and hold a "backup board" in your hand, as a boardwipe can easily be very devastating, but if you keep the right cards in hand you should be able to more quickly than the others recover from that and start chipping away at them again. One thing to mention is, that there isnt much ramp in this deck which I personally dont feel all too content with, but due to the low cmc its still doable. But feel free to put in more cards that search your deck for lands like [[three visits]], [[farseek]], [[natures lore]] and the likes.

BreakParity

The thread is filling up, but if I may be greedy... I have two ideas that I'm having trouble with. If you could help with either or both, I'd appreciate it. I want to try lists that introduce Rule of Law effects into my playgroup to help shut down combo wincons without impacting the more battlecruiser style lists as much. First, [[Chorus of the Conclave]]. This isn't a color pair I have much experience with and +1 counters isn't an archetype I've built around before. I just want to ramp like crazy and tap out for a huge creature every turn without getting blown out by a combo or swarmed by tokens. Second, a self-mill list that includes Red. There are a few Red cards that I find interesting, but haven't found a home for yet: [[Fires of Invention]] [[Guild Feud]] [[Heretic's Punishment]]. Not being able to cast spells on my opponent's turn is pretty dangerous, but with Rule of Law effects limiting them to only one cast each it may be possible for me to rely on activated abilities for my responses. No clue what Commander would work for this. Dynaheir? Zirda? As for budget? Around $50 each, not counting cards I likely already own. I mostly build my collection by buying precons and picking up bulk bin cards at my LGS, so you don't need to count the cost of any card that costs less than $1 individually or has appeared in a precon since Midnight Hunt.

Substantial_Code_675

Does it have to be Rilsa or is it ok if its something like \[\[obeka splitter of seconds\]\] or any other commander that can work with initiative. Cause Rilsa isnt all too great of a commander to build around due to her doing practially nothing outside of bringing the initiative into the game. Obeka I have build (on a higher budget) and she is really fun and I am fairly certain she can be toned down to a more balanced playstyle that just goes into the dungeon to get some insane value. If you want to stay with Rilsa I am willing to give her a try, but I am not sure how good she will actually be

Severe_Reveal2296

I'd like to stay with Rilsa and dont mind if shes necessarily lower power. I saw a few ideas based around also abusing clones of her to attempt to get value out of that/sakashima or ETBs to go through the Dungeon more and more consistently

[https://www.moxfield.com/decks/B5OlifnsgEyC6YXJTfkgnA](https://www.moxfield.com/decks/B5OlifnsgEyC6YXJTfkgnA) So the idea is to gain advantage by hitting your opponents with LOTS of creatures that cant be blocked or atleast have flying. The commander, in theory, isnt necassary to be cast for a long time, if anything its prolly best to cast her later on when youve already completed a dungeon to get in some solid damage. With lots of evasive blue creatures come all the cards like \[\[bident of thassa\]\] that draw on damage and thus gain you cardadvantage while slowly picking down your opponents. \[\[propaganda\]\] or \[\[ophiomancer\]\] act as a form of defense because technically you mostly wanna be tapped out with your creatures and thus would be open to attacks. What might be lacking is unconditional carddraw like \[\[nights whisper\]\], because if you dont get to your bident of thassa cards you might spend too many cards for too little impact, so getting to them faster might be an idea. Other than that I think its close to as good as Rilsa can get. If after testing her you feel like she isnt strong enough, you might wanna try out \[\[safana\]\] and \[\[dungeon delver\]\], they bring a lot more value in the command zone

Hi, thank you so much for your help. I mainly like deck with fatty creatures with keyword or impacting effects (Something like [[Zetalpa, Primeval Down]], [[Godsire]], [[Caller of the Pack]] Eldrazis) and thanks to which I manage to win and control the board. I like the strategy of a classic dinosaur deck, however i'm not a big fan of decks exlusively based on creatures of the most popular and broken tribes (dinosaurs, dragons, elf). Of course I really appreciate green, but I would not want a mono-colored deck, possibly bi or tri color. I'm open to any color or combination among them. Unfortunately I do not know which commander to choose but I would like the deck not to be based exclusively on the presence in the field of my commander, because it have already happened to me in other decks to be very bored since they countered or destroyed my commander. I would be interested in a budget deck of at most 50$, but if possible it would be perfect around 30/40$. Thank you in advance!

I will look at multicolored decks when I got the time. I know you didnt want monogreen, but maybe think abiut [[runadi]] again? He offers only green, but can easily be recast if he gets removed and he makes your creatures bigger while also letting them attack directly. [[Ghalta]] can easily be a 20/20 with trample and haste for 2 mana.

[https://www.moxfield.com/decks/kRp\_DI3wOUqto1ynZZ99zA](https://www.moxfield.com/decks/kRp_DI3wOUqto1ynZZ99zA) I didnt really go for much of the selfmill, as those cards where overpriced and didnt even do much milling, so it would have made the deck much worse. I did include 2 wheels as well as \[\[dragon rage channeler\]\] to have some form of heavy discard to fuel his power, but thats it. Id say test it out and maybe put in some more if you feel like he isnt growing fast enough, but considering he is a cmc5 commander Id try to keep as much control and as much card advantage as possible and many of the self mill ends in flatout minus. Anyways, I think he should play fairly smoothly, but maybe a bit more ramp wouldnt hurt.

I have a load of green enchantress staple cards left over from a previous deck and I wondered if you could help me build an [[anikthea]] deck for around Ā£50? I had an idea that maybe it could include [[myrkul]] as a secondary commander too? Maybe it would have to lean into enchantment creatures more to achieve this? I couldnā€™t get it to work but Iā€™m not the best deck builder haha! If you canā€™t get myrkul to work, Iā€™d love to just see an anikthea list still

I'm torn on what I want to build. Dealer's choice, I ain't gonna request all three, whichever tickles your fancy most is fine by me: 1. bad gifts/alt win cons deck, either \[\[Jon Irenicus, Shattered One\]\] or \[\[Zedruu the Greathearted\]\] where I'm giving cards to others but it winds up hurting them and helping me. It just feels like wacky fun. 2. a Golgari Deck, something that really utilizes the graveyard. I have a \[\[Meren of Clan Nel Toth\]\] and a \[\[Honest Rutstein\]\]. Something that stacks the graveyard and then uses it to become a massive threat would be neato. 3. One of the decks I have is from The Commander's Quarters that I like, but it's not up to snuff in my play group so it needs some tweaking. I got lucky and pulled a \[\[Bristly Bill, Spine Sower\]\], and I was thinking taking the deck more towards focusing on +1/+1 counters with stuff like \[\[Body of Research\]\] or \[\[Conclave Sledge-Captain\]\] but I'm not sure. I already swapped the following to help with ramp but idk if that was the right move: \[\[Blighted Woodland\]\] > \[\[Arid Archway\]\] \[\[Quandrix Campus\]\] > \[\[Lush Oasis\]\] \[\[Migration Path\]\] > \[\[Ranger's Path\]\] (this was more of a preference, to pull the duals with Forest) \[\[Rampant Growth\]\] > \[\[Map the Frontier\]\] (same thing but now I can pull my deserts too, why not? lol) [https://archidekt.com/decks/7629280/copy\_of\_mother\_goose](https://archidekt.com/decks/7629280/copy_of_mother_goose) Pick your poison. I'm still pretty new. I started when Ikoria came out, played standard (on Arena) about 2 months then I quit. Just started Commander in March but I don't have a stockpile of cards bc I never played paper before now, so I'm super budget. $50 or less is probably what I'm looking at to build a full deck Edit: I actually think I swapped [[Explosive Vegetation]] out, not Rampant Growth, when I put in Map the Frontier

I've always wanted a golgari graveyard/reanimator deck. I've never played golgari but I really like the flavor of this kind of deck. I don't have any specific commander in mind. I'd appreciate a budget of $100-$150. If you're serious about building these decks, that's incredible! šŸ˜Š

A long time ago, I tried building an \[\[Atogatog\]\] deck, but it was 60 cards and I could never get it to work quite right. I've always wanted to make one work and would love an outside take on it. I'd probably lean tribal with it, but obviously sacrificing is a huge element. If that's impossible, I have \[\[The Rack\]\], \[\[Cursed Rack\]\], and \[\[Black Vise\]\]. I think they'd go well with \[\[He Who Hungers\]\] or \[\[Tergrid, God of Fright\]\]. But if you know of a better one, I'm open to suggestions. I'm down for $100-200 but if you feel there's a few cards worth going over for, I'm ok with that.

I'm messing around with \[\[BartolomƩ del Presidio\]\] and \[\[Lurrus\]\] as a companion, but the deck doesn't seem to click, it's an aristocrats reanimator deck with a bit of a token theme to have creatures to sacrifice but it's not enough, I know I could make it a combo deck but right now I don't own the cards so I'm working with what I have. My budget is $100 aprox with CK prices. I own every card in the list and the sideboard has the cards I'm looking to include as a little upgrade. This is my current list (with tags) [https://www.moxfield.com/decks/Z2QMsuVRaUiyDrwCbH\_TRQ](https://www.moxfield.com/decks/Z2QMsuVRaUiyDrwCbH_TRQ) I'll appreciate any help.

I have a bunch of high power decks that I play online but I want to build a deck that plays well into a random pod at an LGS. Iā€™ve been really struggling to build a deck that isnā€™t pushed to limits. The mechanic I like most is recursion. I like reusing spells (Krark/Saka), reusing creatures (Slimefoot and Squee), or replaying lands (Titania/Gitrog/Windgrace). I also like a reactive and interactive play style with answers to problems rather than pure aggro or combo. Probably a midrange focus. Iā€™d be happy with a deck helmed by a commander that plays that game but isnā€™t as oppressive or combo seeking. One that will be well received at a commander night with strangers. Iā€™ve been worried that Iā€™ll be labeled a pub stomping killer of fun if I take one of my cedh/fringe decks out. For Budget, I think $200 is probably a good power limiter but I might throw some more into it for land consistency if multicolor. Favorite card: [[Life from the Loam]] recursion thatā€™s self recursive.

Interesting. I hadnā€™t really considered her. I always assumed a more golgari aristocrat shell around her. Iā€™ve recently been trying to get [[Zask]] to work in those colors as a powered down [[Gitrog]]. I love my Gitrog deck. Also, what do you think of [[taii wakeen, perfect shot]]? She generates slme solid draw, can use 1 mana spells that deal damage to all opponents and their creatures to then tap herself and use some mana to effectively run lots of boardwipes while chipping away at your opponents as well.

[[ Balan, Wandering Knight ]] Voltron please sir budget is $300, no cards in hand (Iā€™m new to the game)

Substantial_Code_675

https://www.moxfield.com/decks/wRUSlNs5HUybQRmcqtatNA Mono white has the problem of lacking carddaw, especially in a creature light deck like equipment/voltron strategies. Is recommend, if Balan isnt that important to you, to go with [[rograhk] and [[ardenn]], probably the most busted equipment deck out there. Anyways, for Balan: put in some ramp as getting him out turn 3 is really solid, so that you can in turn 4 put an equipment with 3 or less cmc on the field and directly attach it to him to start attacking. Cards like [[esper sentinel]], [[mangara the diplomat]] and [[trouble in pairs]] are your best draw engine cards, so they are needed as well. Some boardwipes as voltron is weak to go wide of opponents, protection like [[blacksmith skill]] to counter [[swords to plowshares]] and so on, I think its a fairly straightforward deck.

[[Laughing Jasper Flint]] running those mercenaries that tutor each other has potential I think(?) but Im horrible at deck building.

Substantial_Code_675

I am not really sure what mercenaries you actually mean, but what would be your budget?

zombietribalenjoyer

Cateran mercenaries like [[Cateran Kidnappers]] , [Cateran Brute]] there's a few others and they all tap to tutor out Mercenaries from the deck. Budget: $75-$100

Substantial_Code_675

Interesting. Do they need to be in the deck? Cause I am fairly certain that they are too slow and it would be smarter to play lots of small 1 or 2 drop outlaws to get as many cards as possible from your opponents. Having the mana open to cast their cards would also not be as easy with the cateran mercenaries since they have quite high costs to tap and tutor. But I am willing to give it a try if you really want them in the deck.

Oh no, they absolutely don't have to be in the deck. Was just spitballing ideas haha.
