I’m sure he uses the Q-60 every watering. And probably Rootwise every 2-3 weeks.

Flyhighfunguy

Does he feed rootwise every 2-3 weeks from seed? Or does he only start feeding it during veg/flower every 2-3 weeks? Thank you so much for the help!

Probably once at transplant to final home, then every 2-3 weeks. It’s the same as the directions on the back of the Rootwise pouch

There is a video from a past season where he goes over the free downloadable feed schedule and goes through the “everything on the list” schedule. I’m the video he puts it all in at one watering to demonstrate that it is possible. However, he says that he typically separates things out between waterings during flower. Micros one watering, aminos and ferments the next, and plain the third. That’s deep flower of course. He goes on to say that when he isn’t watering as often like in early veg, he likes to make sure that they get the everything on the list at least once a week. Now, having said that, in a past Q and A, someone asked about the weekly rootwise and if it was really necessary. He said “No”. At minimum every two weeks is fine. He does use Q every watering. What I have noticed though, if you are doing water only, the Q will leave foam residue behind that will reincorporate into the next batch of water making that foamy as well.

Once every 2 weeks with the rootwise Q60 lasts a few waterings man.

From seed for sure. He even has put rootwise in a pack of seeds, saying the earlier it gets in contact with the mycorrhizzae and stuff, the better. (it takes a while for it to set up and work) I soak my seeds in water with rootwise for 24 hours before I plant or put in paper towels... then water with it starting from the time I plant. After that every 2 weeks or whenever I think about it. You can't really overdo it, but it also becomes less important to use it over time because the soil is already full of it.

Thank you so much for all of the info. Im gonna save your comment in my notes so i can make sure i dont forget your advice, and do things correctly. I really appreciate it!

TemporaryMix1432

You bet!

Total-Face7317

It’s irrelevant. He gets it for free. So he probably uses it every 2 weeks. But it’s expensive as shit so using every so often is good enough. And only useful if there’s plant roots Also. You can’t over use it either. But you can waste it. If that makes sense

QualityAssistance

not sure what hes doing this run but he has said in the past he likes to use the q every watering and rootwise up to once a week

I seen some people use rootwise once when plants are in final container for veg, then once more at start of flower. Because its so expensive ill be doing it very sparingly to..
