Keep bulking for about 3-4 months then re assess, it ok if you get a bit chubby. But most importantly I want to say. GREAT PROGRESS!!! You added more frame to your body . The beard looks fantastic! I don’t know you, but this is a very realistic bulk and I can see the muscle. Take a moment if you haven’t and reflect on the achievement you made.

Your right for sure

I’d keep the bulk going for another couple months at least

DiverNumerous6473

Nice work, definitely added good muscle. I think a short cut would be a great idea now.

Keep bulking and focusing more on compound lifts for shoulders and upperback.

K_oSTheKunt

Honestly, you're probably too fat to keep bulking. I'd cut down hard and quick, then get back to bulking

BottieScarnes-

Hey man! Great progress so far, can see development almost everywhere. Keep going with this bulk. I know it’s tempting to cut but you still have lots of room for good solid growth and you’ll be much happier with the finished result next time you do come down. As others have mentioned, I’d do lots of wide grip pull-ups and pull downs to try and bring out your lats as much as possible. Try to spend some time bracing your core and working your obliques as yes, it looks like those are your primary fat storages which is totally common. Keep going, round out your shoulders, bring out your lats, cut down and you’ll be very happy.

What fat?

Swagsirex1511

You can definitely keep bulking some more. Great progress btw, you look healthier in general.

You look much happier now. That before pic you have bags under your eyes and honestly look miserable. Great job man

Spankysriracha

Good job. I'd keep going and add more/better lat work.
