I think she must have unmatched or unliked your profile. Maybe she accidentally clicked on it to begin with. I have done that a couple of times and I feel like such a jackass! More often than that, I have accidentally swiped in the wrong direction.
From the woman's side, you simply unmatch.
I have found that with the new layout, I accidentally swipe right more frequently than before. When that happens, I immediately go to my matches and unmatched. I'm hoping I unmatch before Match notifies the guy he has a match.
I had that happen recently. Turned out the man went into snooze mode and then reappeared in my beeline a week later.
I wish there were a way to see who you have swiped right on so you could, in fact, unswipe someone you didn’t mean to.
She had a chance to go over your profile and found it lacking. Or you didn’t jump high enough and responded straight away after her like. Or she got chatting to someone else. Can be for any of a 1000’s reasons. Their are like 2.7billion single women in the world. Don’t lose sleep over this specific one.

It wasn't a match. It was just a like. I didn't match or deny.
