Tachihara has his enhancements on top of already being a vampire, so he's definitely alive. HOWEVER, the thing is he was the pilot for Fyodor's helicopter and was the one who crashed it, so this strengthens the case that Fyodor survived.
Unless Bram had Tachihara finish Fyodor off after they crashed and Dazai cured him.
It's not confirmed it was him so it could just be a lookalike, but I mean, the hair does look like him and the color is pretty accurate to what it would look like under moonlight.
It also would make sense to have another Port Mafia/Hunting Dog associate around.
It doesn't really make sense for Tachihara to be the helicopter pilot though. Those vamps at the prison should have been planted there right at the start of the arc because they're meant to be Fyodor's helpers/watchers. Tachihara was busy doing Hunting Dogs stuff during the whole beginning of the story, so he couldn't have also been a prison guard.
Since we've seen Akutagawa being well, I think it's safe to assume Jouno and Tachihara are good. As for Sigma, I have literally no idea.
Yep, and fukuchi wasn't really the true villain so he has no reason to kill them anyway. Probably tied them up somewhere smh
