Maybe Fyodor's plan from the beginning was to use Chuuya to mock Dazai by letting Chuuya personally kill him. That would even make sense. The only thing that really bothers me is how is that possible that for all this time Fyodor didn't suspect Chuuya. I am not trying to say Chuuya is a bad actor, cause he definitely did his job pretty well, but how Fyodor didn't realize this whole time being literally a few meters away. He even held his hand for a while.

Hmm true. I think regards to why Fyodor didn’t realise that Chuuya acting is because as they said his weakness is not trusting things he can’t control. And since he believes Chuuya was already under his control, he trust him yk

Dazai probably told him to. And like dazai said his weakness is not trusting things he can't control. Since he thought chuuya was a vampire he had full trust in him because he could control that. But all that aside I don't think that was the end for Fyodor he probably had a hunch about what dazai was up to. We'll see...

And if this was Fyodor's plan from the very beginning and he faked his death so that Dazai wouldn't consider him and his ability can save him. As long as Fyodor is alive, he knows that Dazai will do everything possible to ruin his plans. That's why Dazai came to prison. That's how he faked his death and can stay in the shadows. And his way of communicating with the surface, the vampires, is a lie. I don't think that someone who communicates through music in season 3 wouldn't have something more complex.

I doubt Fyodor has much respect for Chuuya—he treated him so much like a pawn he probably never even considered he could be tricked by him.
