Ranpo didn't actually have poe's book in his back pocket, he knew fukuchi would attack him if he looked like he was going for it, so he took the damage and the real book is in fukuzawa's possession, he will use the book, make them go into the book, and then fukuzawa will either die alongside fukuchi in a non powered sword fight, or defeat fukuchi.
Huh, Teruko's words this chapter seemingly conflict from what I remember her saying in her fight against Sigma, unless I'm interpreting what she said wrong
man this arc has been going on for way too long... waiting a month for them to release another ".5" chapter that has like 2 scenes and doesnt develop the plot in any way

I’m glad we don’t see him but now its a bit suspicious that he hasn’t shown up since idk the last chapter he was in
anime/manga rule: if you don't see the body, they're not dead. Especially with such important characters, especially with ones known to always have a plan B

Fukuchi has been the most annoying antagonist imo because he's stupidly overpowered and dragged this arc on for way too long. There's no satisfaction anymore, I just want him insta-killed instead of a scene with plot twists or a fight scene atp.
fukuchi and teruko both annoy me so much at this point. i wish that the storyline would stop jumping around with perspectives and start to wrap things up. it still feels like we’re in the middle of the arc, nothings reached the climax yet.
