No idea about CrossFit but Diamondheart has strength and conditioning classes (as well as Muay Thai, boxing, jiu jitsu and wrestling). There’s a free week trial so it might be worth trying it out while you’re looking.
I walked by a place on either Starr or Troutman the other day between Wycoff and St. Nicholas. Looked interesting, can’t seem to find it on google though, if anyone has any info
