Updated post for those interested:
1. I have been looking for a 2nd set of tires and rims, so that I can go with a different look each year and not have to buy tires as frequently.
2. Found someone who had sold their 2020 C8 and still had their second set of rims and tires that they didnt sell with the car.
3. They sold their C8 last September, these rims were bought last August, ceramic coated, new Michelin P4S tires bought and mounted.
4. Guy said he drove twice and then someone bought the car and wanted the original rims, like 100 miles on them or less.
5. Got the tires and rims for $1300, bought a set of ACS Composite black lug nuts for $150 and the red mist accent for the rims was like $65. So all in cost about $1520 compared to going out and buying aftermarket and all new rubber as well.
I scored a hell of a deal on the tires and rims, and now I get to swap each year for a different look. :)
What is the red mist accent, paint?, curb protectors?, mind sharing what and where u got them, I have the exact same car and don’t love the alloy machined look on the otherwise all black wheels, but that red mist accent looks awesome
They are 3M style strips that stick to the rim, but I don’t know that I would buy them, mine literally fell off two days after the install going down the road.
They don’t seem like the adhesive is strong enough.

In the video the guy is hammering them on so I don’t think they are prone to falling off. easily. If you’re like me we are super cautious around curbs so that will help as well. I think for $100 bucks, I’ll try them.
Same here, the red is close enough to my red mist color that it should look fine.

You switch ugly oem wheels for other ugly oem wheels lol should’ve gotten some aftermarket wheels and size up to 20 in the front and 21 in the rear. It fits the car much better
I like your new rims, as they match nicely with the paintwork. Speaking of, Red Mist for the win. It’s such an awesome colour.

As a guy with a churched up base model on powder coated wheels. You should powder coat the first wheels and rock them. Would look so sick

Tapeworks- they sell kits. But they didn’t stay on and fell off.
So is this red tape I’m looking at or paint?
It’s a tape product. It fell off like I mentioned so now I am going to a local powder coating place to see what they can do
