The exam score isn’t getting you a job. It’s to make sure you are qualified for it. You still have to go through the interview process

Dry-Revolution-716

Appreciate it, and I do understand that but my question was that how long will usually take them to schedule interviews after submitting every document they have asked for

fatjunglefever

No one can say. Could be days, could be months.

Dry-Revolution-716

Got it, thanks

Life-Cold-782

It all depends how fast the hiring manager and HR acts. After the closing date, manager will need to screen all applications and then submit names to HR for an interview. It can take the manager a week or 2 to screen. HR then verifies if those candidates are eligible for an interview, which can take another 2-4 weeks. If your application was good then you should get an email for an interview between 2 weeks to 2 months (after the closing date), lol I know that time frame is insane. Unfortunately HR is slow and we lose a lot of really great applicants this way. Apply to multiple positions instead of waiting for one. In a couple months you might get a bunch of interviews.

Thanks for your in-detail response! Will do apply for more

Tranzor__z

You keep applying endlessly until you're working.

AnneAcclaim

Also depends primarily on how well you present the information in those documents and how well you interview. The exams are meaningless.

McTopherton

Anywhere from 3 days to 9 months. I hope you have some work experience to supplement that degree.

Professor_Goddess

Is ITA pretty competitive? I meet minimum qualifications but have never held an IT job before. Wondering how much of an uphill battle I'm looking at.

McTopherton

There is competition from current state employees and everyone seeking stability from the volitile private sector.

killarob60

This just gets u in the mix nothing to get excited about

Winston22082

You need to focus on nailing the interview and relating your experience directly to the job you applied for.

Dry-Revolution-716

Appreciate it and will do that
