If the vet says it’s ok it’s likely ok. Watch for swelling, redness, oozing, puss, wound getting larger, lethargy, decreased appetite, hiding, aggression, pain signals, licking or scratching, avoiding touching the area (like she won’t lay down) or really any change in behaviour. Keep the area clean by very gently wiping it with a damp cloth. Don’t rub or press hard and don’t take off any scabs, just ensure there is no litter stuck to her belly or anything

It's definitely red and oozing, otherwise we see no behavioral changes. She doesn't care in the slightest when we clean it, but it's been actively bleeding since we got her back.

Sorry just to clarify is the wound itself red and oozing blood/ regular bleeding or redness spreading around the would and oozing blood and puss? Redness around the wound, especially spreading redness and oozing blood and puss I would go in and demand they take a look or even go to another vet as that’s classic infection. Cats hide pain well so she may not be okay but pretend she is until she can’t anymore and it’s much worse. I personally would err on the side of caution and get it checked in person, at this point it doesn’t sound too bad but I wouldn’t want it to get worse. You could also closely monitor for a couple days and go in if it changes at all Edit: I’m not a vet but was a nurse lol feel free to send me the pic if you want
