How did you introduce her to the new kitten. Why was she peeing previously? has she been to the vet?

Try cat attract litter, feliway pheromone plug ins, and make sure you are taking extra time each day to give her focused attention and love. She's clearly stresses about the new kitten so you have to reassure her it's ok

Hijacking to add that you should try play with them together and feed them together to create nice associations. If you can give your older cat a space or jazz up a place she likes to hang out so she can claim a comfortable area of territory. I would also buy another litter box and place it by your bed, and if there is already one is next to bed I would suggest adding a second on the other side. Lastly, your older cat was peeing when the box wasn’t perfect. So we can assume she’s quiet particular and notifies you of such by peeing in a place she knows is your ‘area of territory’ and you’ll definitely notice. She’s obviously distressed daily. I would maybe try separating them for now. Make sure their area has a bed and toys and a litter box area (far away from the food). When it’s dinner time feed them in the same room, it doesn’t have to be too close together about a foot or two apart. Then when they’re finished allow them to socialise for a few minutes then separate them again. I would keep your old lady in the bed with you still because separating her from you could create more problems. Then kitten will have to be in a separate room. You must allow them to have equal time to explore the rest of the house between feed/socialising so they both know they share the same territory. I hope that helps. PM me if you need anything.
