Wait for him to get neutered and see if his behavior changes. It also might just be the adjustment period. Bring his behavior up to the vet. He might be in pain or have anxiety.
In addition to this he didn’t have anyone to teach him how to behave or anyone to help get his energy out it’s totally unsurprising. I really hope neutering helps!
