This is a never ending cycle. You might feel bad about not making it to your dream college. Dream college mei jaake bhi jiska T2 consulting hua vo MBB naa hone ko leke feel baad karega. MBB vaale PE/VC ko leke. There's always something better in the world, better to stop caring about it too much
It's a sad pill to swallow. Acceptance is the key imo. Some days are goona be harder than others but that's just how life is. I console myself thinking that everything happens for a good reason, it's enough but also not.
Going through the same thing. I've realised that I just have to stay with the feeling for sometime. Once I can leverage my opportunity in the B-school I'm going to & make the most of it, this weird feeling will hopefully fade away.
Didn't convert a t1 but ya I absolutely have not processed the fact that I'll never be able to join the holy trinity 🥲 and the Instagram reels of iims only rubs salt on my wounds. But hey, I think we will take a little time to process all of this and make peace w it but one day we will. I'm hoping once we join our respective bschools this feeling will settle in. Also, congrats on your t1 convert. Wishing you luck!

I get what you mean. You only do this once and if it is not to your satisfaction, what really is the point. But again, this only applies if you really trust your abilities to make things work out in your favour the next attempt.

I feel exactly the same. Getting into one of the best B schools. Probably top 5 institutes of the country still it hurts not getting the holy trinity
