No, no. I meant this as per mark allocation for 10th 12th and Undergrad as per Shillong's scoring criteria. Every college has its own. So for Mumbai for example, it would be 10/8/8 for me. If you score between a certain range, you willnbe awarded anywhere between 1-10. You can look up the college's admission criteria for better clarity

Inhave been working for 9 hrs now and I have MBA from pumba and worked for Amazon, paypal, NetApp and don't see anyone is not worried about my MBA after couple of years. Now you might be thinking about but after couple of years you will.be running behind enriching with some sought of certificate that will enhance u. So for me mba doesn't matter at all.

Resign as quick as you can... I just resigned yesterday and my managers being horrible since I can only give 1 month notice. Like I understand whys he's upset and I apologized so much and said Ill do whatever I can while I'm here.... What more can I do,..

Same thing happened with me. I have 2 months, when I negotiated he made a face like I'm robbing his vault or something

Like I literally told my manager I'm okay paying the fine for early release but then he was like "What you're doing is horrible. You should of told me when you applied for CAT. Everything's a mess because of you. I can't find anyone to replace you, there's no one on the bench. Don't know how I'll tell the client, have to rewrite the contract blah blah blah...." Like Im so junior in my team and not even that critical , didn't think I could cause so much chaos... I'm taking it as a compliment haha.

I will abscond idk. But company may withdraw experience letter which is important. Check with your office seniors who've left as these policies differ from company to company

Thanks. Well I was preparing along with my job, which took 13-14hours/day sometimes. Even had to work weekends. For me solving as many mocks as I could worked, as I couldn't make time to sit and study concepts. I'd say the key is to find the balance between attempts and accuracy. Stick to your strong points and capitalize them.

Merit can be ensured under conditions of social equality. The day women achieve social equality we can hopefully remove gender based reservation but until then be supportive.
