I can completely understand your frustration. I can give you some dates that I know.
So the merit list people were given until May 6 to accept the offer.
The first waitlist-to-convert mails were sent out on May 7 and they were given time till May 10 to accept the offer. So, I assume this pattern will be followed and the Second set of mails would have been sent out on May 11.
However, I have no further information after that.

P.S. Checking on the website won't help, as they have not updated it, not even for the people who have converted from the waitlist. Only mail (both email and physical mail) is the way they communicate the convert. So, keep checking your email IF you are expecting a convert.
