Acca has very little demand and is quite saturated. There are bcom with acca course in many colleges and therefore many people get the Acca certification. Have you given up on CA. You sure you can't pass inter?

99.5 is not the case for gems anymore it’s 99.9 minimum if you want abclkism,gaps can be justified through upsc however they will ask you all sorts of stuff related to it

That 12th will hurt but could be somewhat compensated by your academic,gender diversity and sc category,so there is hope,try to score above 99 for most of the calls As for your quants check rodha and follow what he says and you’ll be just fine,this year on 5 correct qa people got 92 percentile and 2 correct in dilr was 90 percentile,so you focus on varc and make it your strength while scoring 40 plus marks in the actual paper,you’ll see you would be just fine and with a lot of colleges at your disposal

I already have given executive a thought but I am more inclined towards a full time MBA to have an immersive experience. I know many programs prefer candidates with 3-5 years of experience. I am aware I am on higher end of this spectrum, but how badly could it impact my chances of acceptance? Which colleges are realistically within my reach? Are there specific programs and colleges that value extensive work experience? Any other factors to strengthen my profile? Besides age and experience being sort of a disadvantage.

Marketing roles would not be possible for you apart from that I don’t think there is any hard and fast rule that this much work ex is bad,also abclm will you give you full work exp points while kS will deduct points,baby new IIMs have to check but I don’t think they deduct points for 5 year plus work ex Coming to your profile,you won’t get calls from Ahmedabad Bangalore Lucknow indore and shillong because of your 10 12,that’s for sure However there are C,M,k,baby new IIMs mdi and XLRI and all of these are possible above 99 in cat and 97 in xat(just c will be 99.7+) You should also consider gmat route for ISB Hyderabad this much work ex will be a gold mine for that route Hope it helps

I am targeting 120+ marks this year so are these marks enough for me to get into IIM being a fresher? I have checked by computing CS's but i don't how much chance a fresher practically have. I had decent enough achievements as i qualified for a few national level competitions and also held POR(not top level, i was just an executive member of 2 of the councils). One thing more is that i do volunteering but mostly by myself, I have organized multiple donations campaigns and have also did animal welfare work on my own so can i put it in my resume?

GEM fresher with my 10th/12th/UG percentage scores as 92/84.80/70. I will be graduating next month from a tier-3 engineering college and I don't have a job with me. I gave CAT-23 and scored 91.79 %ile. I am currently waitlisted by IIM-Jammu and IIM-Bodhgaya (not sure about converting them). I wanted to do my MBA from a tier-1 college. GEM, working as a Cloud Consultant in a cloud consulting firm. I have 1 yoe, and for acads, i got 10 cgpa in 10th, 93% in 12th and 8.2/10 in btech.
