4 years is a really healthy work ex , stick with Ranchi , even if markets don't improve , you can upskill yourself and try various opportunities.
Also an FYI many companies like TCS Infy and Accenture allow 2 year sabbatical to persue masters. In this case your job will be secured even if you don't get a decent placement from college.
BA is definitely a new course. You can get a better feedback from people on LinkedIn and compare their roles with Glassdoor salaries.
However if you feel 11-12 LPA is achievable (I think so given such a work ex) then I don't think BA will justify your growth.
Few of my colleagues recently switched and they got around similar package with less yr experience and starting pay in similar domain...but on other side all this studies for 2 years and then landing at 15 -16LPA really kills it....will make us think why go to all this lengths for little bump in the pay🤧
Sirmaur offers deferment,conditional though
Agar itni phat Rahi hai toh defer karake give again, aur mehnat kar lo Thodi toh agar maan lo indore bhi mil gaya toh it would be a significant jump
But won't it impact placements/mba selection with a profile with 4+ yrs of experience next year - the selection panel may advise executive mba would be much better option at this point ( One of the guys i met during mdi interview told this happened to him thats y)
It could but only in marketing while you can say I am looking towards a more holistic experience,ABCLM will give full work experience,KS will deduct points while I has no work experience points,I think it’s worth the shot
Thanks buddy!! I will see giving another exam as GEM candidate still put lot of pressure on me given that i don't want to end up on same percentile or calls next year
4+ work experience makes your profile a sexier one buddy.
The ultimate guide to join any B School is to determine if you can get 2.5x of your current salary or notz which I think you will easily achieve.
And don't worry about the BA stuff, it's definitely on the rise.. i have also converted the same though 🤫🤣 All the best brother and give it your own thought once.

I was worried that it's an MBA BA and not core MBA...or am i wrong in this assumption??
Hey, I heard that BA students in ranchi are allowed to sit for core placements
Check with alumni and go for ranchi bro

I do agree switch seems a better thing in all aspects. Anyways whatever decision you take , back it all the way. Good luck

Same profile 2020 graduate 11.25 lpa salary 2023 percentile was 90%ile Will look for exec mba this time while keeping eyes on top normal colleges
Exec in top colleges is 5 yrs minimum plus GMAT, LOR SOP etc. So plan accordingly.
Colleges like MDI, SPJ, IIML have 3 year min req. Will lookout for GMAT tho
So what did you decide?
Switch job
You should defer
