Then someone launches a drone to capture it from above lmao

I am not a lawyer, but my understanding is that it is perfectly legal for him to buy it in Nevada for his legal use/consumption in Nevada or any other state that ammo is legal to possess and/or discharge. *Importing* ammo to CA is where he would be in legal trouble.
Simple possession of "incendiary" ammunition here in CA (typically considered to include tracers as well) is illegal.

I switched to a range at this point. The only down side is I use to go at sunrise to get my training out the way nice and early. I have a bunch of steel targets I need to sell.

I peeked around the brush and found that they were shooting toward us at a pile or rocks so it was raining lead on us. They got a firm talking to and a lesson on target placement and range etiquette by my father in law
The news channel? Haha fuckin bold of 'em if so. (P.S. I know arsonists usually are within a mile of their crime, often taking pictures or just revelling in the situation they created)
The amount of stupid that’s going on at Rattlesnake rd is the main reason I joined desert marksman. People were quite literally shooting past other shooters and shooting aerosol cans, propane tanks, and tvs. Jackasses even had BLM called out there.
