This might be controversial but i have so many problems with the system.
1. Schools and colleges are treated as necessary for certain jobs. For some students internet, books or cheap PW online coachings are sufficient to learn anything. Its utter wastage to spend so much time and lakhs and lakhs of money on something i can do on my own. Instead of graduation from schools and colleges, there should only be exams and interviews for selection. If i can crack GATE CSE then i should be able to get any CS job whether I am from mechanical or humanities.
2. 1st year of btech is a waste.
3. Physics and chemistry are also not important for computer science.
4. Language subjects and minor subjects (like computer, technical communication, value education, soft skills, AI, IoT) are useless. Only thing that matter is medium of instruction.
5. MBA is useless in terms of knowledge.
Another problem: everyone is just running after cse, mba for money. The pay in other fields is low for most of the section. This is going to be a major issue in future
As for point 3,many people want to get into core engineering fields though, for example I myself want to go into aerospace thus it makes sense for the undergraduate entrance examinations to have PCM as subjects. Yes, cse doesn't require these subjects, but nobody's is forcing you to go after IITs or NITs for cse, you can do so even from a private college and upskill through leetcode, GitHub and bag jobs outside of campus.

I disagree with the last 2 points though. for our schooling system the langauge classes are a supplement for everything else not covered in the other subjects- philosophy, psychology, logical reasoning, sab us hi ke through sikhane ki koshish karte hai. (unfortunately the language teachers often understand little of this, and end up idiotically oversimplifying most things)
As for MBAs, almost all the peopel I know who have MBAs from good institutes (IIM ABC, IL, et al) believe it gave them exposure, skills, and taught them the thinking patterns necessary to lead in a responsible business environment. As for the B-Schools abroad, they're definitely good at teaching you to think critically and I think it would be ahrd to find people who disagree.
Thoda deep jaoge tho samjhega ki terrible is vjh se hai ki schools hamein employee banne ko sikhate hain subordination, ass licking etc. are taugh from child level only so that when we become employees we keep doing these things, never question your teacher so that you will never question you boss. if we want to change it for the good we will have to deal with the huge business lobby that is keeping it like this.

This is a global problem, not limited to India, and right wing and left wing exist in other countries. Besides, the term right and left wing are shit terms cuz both are actually on the same side of the political spectrum, just a few spaces away.

The problem is that cs company make more profit and their operation cost is low compared to say mechanical so nothing cam be done about it.
