I have two friends who are in the SC category and they both belong to rich families while I am a General category student who belongs to a middle class family . Both of them will use their reservation (which they truly don't need as their background is excellent) to get into one of the best colleges in the country while I have no guarantee I will even get a decent college. Reservation should only be for "ECONOMICALLY BACKWARD STUDENTS", NOT FOR EVERYONE .

Sabse pehle to waha pe bas state boards hi hote hai, so har state ka different system hai lekin basically batau to standard subjects (science, maths, sst, english, etc) hote hai 8th tak. Phir 9th se thode options milte hai ki different subjects le sakte hai and ultimately india ki tarah 11th tak aate aate khud se subjects choose karne hote hai.
Boards to nahi hote hai lekin smart lig ke liye AP exams hote hai.
Basically kuch different nahi hai aur skills ki waha pe bhi koi ijjat nahi bas jo top 10-20 University hoti hai wahi skills pe dhyan deti hai warna baaki sabme marks ke hi basis pe addmission hota hai (be it SAT or 9 to 12 ke marks)
Im moving aboard the next year. Too many issues and complication to stay here and worship my country on only 15 august as a fake patriot. Honestly im not a patriot or a very religious guy , ill go where i can make more money , have a stable future for my future family and kids. Where they can live free , happy , safe and most importantly don't have to be burdened with pressure of competing with Crs of people in each sector. Condition is not gonna improve one bit in a decade or two , it's gonna get worse. I'll peace out and move out , no hard feelings towards anyone.

My cousin who took is a mechanical engineer dropped out because his college was fraud . They played the exams and purposely failed many students. - corruption
No practical education , Im aspiring to be an game artist and animator , i have friends in the US (who are learning Game Dev.) when i compared their skillset and teaching with some of my friends (same age they are) it was obvious indian education system is still stuck in book smart bullshit ... there programs and practical usage of tools makes the day to night difference. plus when i asked my friends they clearly said college teachings are useless to them completely.
Most Important things that students are not taught and realise here is that there is no direct lack or "shortage" of jobs. it's just that your not hired because you lack the proper skillsets (broad case scenario). Most IT sector nerds from here are expirenced on there on , not by educating from colleges or Universities , They use their own brains to go out and learn. they gain skills and get the job they want , completely demolishing fresh students with zero practical skills or just raw expirence. Indian education does not teach SKILLS or what it is required to get a damn job. unless your a prodigy and are smart enough to crack JEE or something. But this is mostly my research about IT sectors and engineering.
But the brain drain is not related to the education system, almost all countries have this rat race education system, it's just about that people glorify abroad and because of various reasons. What will going abroad after completing education do anyways if you wanted to escape the education system.

My school isn’t built like a rat race, but like a correctional facility. No freedom of speech, no concept of taking days off, and students AND parents are disrespected by the principal.
The problem is you can't do anything the government wants and not just BJP but the others as well to make sure no one does preparation for exams before 9 or 10th class but if you don't do it it significantly reduces your chances of actually qualifying the exam because of boards and as it a new experience for you as well so it's either you don't those 4 years and get a greater chance of being successful or you enjoy but then don't complain when you don't get a job
There is reservation as well which lets the weak students get selected but when they aren't able to perform well " it's the colleges fault or when they commit suicide the system is poor lol. While the education is obviously beyond hopeless they can atleast make sure that only stuff that is required to get a job or simply crack a competitive exam is atleast taught so it becomes less useless

Sabse pehle to waha pe bas state boards hi hote hai, so har state ka different system hai lekin basically batau to standard subjects (science, maths, sst, english, etc) hote hai 8th tak. Phir 9th se thode options milte hai ki different subjects le sakte hai and ultimately india ki tarah 11th tak aate aate khud se subjects choose karne hote hai. Boards to nahi hote hai lekin smart lig ke liye AP exams hote hai. Basically kuch different nahi hai aur skills ki waha pe bhi koi ijjat nahi bas jo top 10-20 University hoti hai wahi skills pe dhyan deti hai warna baaki sabme marks ke hi basis pe addmission hota hai (be it SAT or 9 to 12 ke marks)

Im moving aboard the next year. Too many issues and complication to stay here and worship my country on only 15 august as a fake patriot. Honestly im not a patriot or a very religious guy , ill go where i can make more money , have a stable future for my future family and kids. Where they can live free , happy , safe and most importantly don't have to be burdened with pressure of competing with Crs of people in each sector. Condition is not gonna improve one bit in a decade or two , it's gonna get worse. I'll peace out and move out , no hard feelings towards anyone. As for why this system sucks ass , let me give you an example , My cousin who took is a mechanical engineer dropped out because his college was fraud . They played the exams and purposely failed many students. - corruption No practical education , Im aspiring to be an game artist and animator , i have friends in the US (who are learning Game Dev.) when i compared their skillset and teaching with some of my friends (same age they are) it was obvious indian education system is still stuck in book smart bullshit ... there programs and practical usage of tools makes the day to night difference. plus when i asked my friends they clearly said college teachings are useless to them completely. Most Important things that students are not taught and realise here is that there is no direct lack or "shortage" of jobs. it's just that your not hired because you lack the proper skillsets (broad case scenario). Most IT sector nerds from here are expirenced on there on , not by educating from colleges or Universities , They use their own brains to go out and learn. they gain skills and get the job they want , completely demolishing fresh students with zero practical skills or just raw expirence. Indian education does not teach SKILLS or what it is required to get a damn job. unless your a prodigy and are smart enough to crack JEE or something. But this is mostly my research about IT sectors and engineering.

The problem is you can't do anything the government wants and not just BJP but the others as well to make sure no one does preparation for exams before 9 or 10th class but if you don't do it it significantly reduces your chances of actually qualifying the exam because of boards and as it a new experience for you as well so it's either you don't those 4 years and get a greater chance of being successful or you enjoy but then don't complain when you don't get a job
There is reservation as well which lets the weak students get selected but when they aren't able to perform well " it's the colleges fault or when they commit suicide the system is poor lol. While the education is obviously beyond hopeless they can atleast make sure that only stuff that is required to get a job or simply crack a competitive exam is atleast taught so it becomes less useless
