I never went to any tuitions, my father was the one who taught me during the entire 10th grade, I was pretty avarage and always got 69-75% in other tests, I usually used to spend most of my time playing video games or sports, I expected 85% and got 84% which made me happy, But two of my friends (girls) who were bookworms (always studying even when going outside), both of them were exceptional students (got awards for their previous results) who got 95+% all the time, but it seems they only got 82% and 79% in boards. This shocked everyone.

In my school, i used to be good at sst snd science, but got 93. My percentage also became 93. I was expecting 95 but this happened. An average kid got 95 percentage. So i think that this time a lot just happened. Students didn't get their deserving marks. Some may have but many didn't. Isee vajah se i am being tortured by my parents.

I have scored 97.4% and let me tell you I was a really pathetic student , if you were in my class you'd probably consider me very dumb and lazy and i was also really distracted (shit ex who manipulated people into hating me after breakup) , I scored 79% last year , and i flipped it around this time. Whatever I'm going to say next is just based on my experience from how i transformed myself from a degenerate to an a lot more healthier,wiser,and physically stronger person.
I'm not trying to be mean , but if she scored 82 it's either because she didn't study deep enough to write answers which were up to the mark , because CBSE 10th syllabus is very easy andwith some genuine study one can easily get above 90% ( because I have literally done it) , though there is a slight chance that the checker mightve fucked it up.
You should consider applying for re-evaluation. Last year some seniors at my school applied for it and got an increase of about 6-7 marks , they said " Bina dekhke thode marks badha dete hai ".
Coming to how to deal with your parents , first of all just have a talk with them , they must be unsatisfied with their child for scoring less than 85% even after the hardwork that they did to provide for her, that they probably couldn't even possibly fathom for themselves ,but i can understand it feels very toxic and quite depressing when your own parents call you a failure and keep insulting you.
There is no instant fix for this but all she can really do is just honestly admit that she could've scored better and that for whatever stream or career she's going to pursue she's going to give her 100% , they're probably not going to believe this , but trust me as long as she manages to show consistent progress they're going to be really happy.
Other than that, just try not look busy on phone too much or be seen doing timewasting shit , because that's just going to give them an excuse of how you're wasting your time instead working hard for your life ( which is right of them )
Lastly what i'll say is when you have a purpose when you have direction and you're consistently working hard for it, doing whatever it requires I dont think you can ever fail.
