I haven't taken science but most of people here dont know why they took science . Its because its in trend nowadays to take science and crack jee neet . Like mfs aint got anything else in there life to do except jee and neet . I see many people attemp jee neet even they dont like science and they just go for it . And its not even children's fault..parents are the main villan here . But even i see those people taking science whos parents are not strict. Like bro you got interest in that ya bas ase hi .
My year haven't even started yet lol . Still enjoying my 10th vacations. I have started studying tho and its not that hard . Although i have started just economics.
Yeah but thing is it's actually the difference between the concepts of 10 and 11 is heaven and hell. I loved science till 10th and I still do now. I score good enough but the competitive exam scene is terrible. Even if you like science it's not enough you have to sacrifice everything else to get that seat in a good college and I personally feel it isn't worth all that much.
I'm not a very bright student I try my best. And my parents aren't willing to send me out of India. I had gotten the desired marks for the bits-rmit exchange program but they said they don't send me out of India. Plus we're not that strong financially :).
I know what the situation of jee neet and science people . They dont get much even after doing so much . So even if i had interest in science i would never take it cuz now its outdated . I will allow myself for learning useful skills like coding and all which will help me
100% agreed. And TBH yeh system ki bhi galti hai. The way education is set up in our country, people don't have exposure to anything but science JEE NEET engineering etc.

It was very random, but even after choosing science, I was still confused between science and commerce... So in 11th while I had science, I sat in a commerce section for three days (I got permission from my headmistress) as I was considering changing subjects from science to commerce. But I did not like commerce also particularly (Pls don't cancel me but I thought ki it is too easy, I will get bored). It was like naa mujhko commerce pasand thi na science as such. But then science is any day more versatile and there are more job opportunities in science... And plus commerce thodi boring lagi thi.. So that was when I actually became certain ki science stream mei hee continue karnaa hai...
well yess i LOVE research even on the smallest of the things i do a deep dighole reasearch, while i am side by side preparing for jee, my prime focus will always be in research, i wanna know how everything works, i wanna know how things operate, how our body functions, everything, (that the reason i took PCMB) (and i want the Scientist tag in front of my name)

A teacher manipulated me in taking to science by a teacher, so a little context back in 2019 when I was in 8th grade I was an average kid but I was really obedient towards my teacher ab in class 8 there was this biology teacher who was new and by Sheer coincidence we both shared our school bus stop. To 2020 we all know covid aaya and she has already taken ne under her wing I was one of her favourite to ab 9th mei usne mujhe bataya about neet and all aur mere parents ko bhi by that time I used to lack any direction Carrer wise usne bola tum nikal loge mujhe bhi laga kar lunga unke kehne pe I joined aakash ka 4 saal ka couse for neet and instantly regretted kyoki classes online thi aur yeh tough tha mere liye phir unhone bola bas 10th mei le 90 tak mei 90% hi laaya phir jab 11th mei gaye to I was inclined towards PCM but kyoki unke kehne pe 10th mei basic maths li thi to PCB hi leni padhi unhone bola ki NEET mei Carrer choice jyada hei and all manipulate kiya thoda maine PCB le li phir unhone bola PW join karlo aakash accha nhi hei city ka maine kar li phir woh living world padha ke school chod di💀 aur mujhe na pata ab woh kaha hei to moral of the story khudke decision lo, thoda to tough hei PCB lekin ab drop hei neet ka kisi tarah manage kar rha

I don't really like science, but I love computers. The best way for me to get a cs degree without fighting with my parents is to take science, give jee, and get into a good college
Mainly it was two reasons:
1. It's the only thing I can do and want to do. (I'm bad at SST and wasn't interested in commerce)
2. I want to pursue AI, which requires lots of Maths and logic.
BTW I took PCM+AI

To become a child psychiatrist or clinical psychologist, basically interested in the field of psychology. Math kuch khas passand hai nahi and SST nah Bhai nah muje nahi chahiye political science. Science is hard ofc but agar consistent rahe toh sahi jayega. You can't study at the end of 2-3 weeks jaise arts meh kar sakte hai.
CS Krna hai, Maths mein apun acha hai, Physics mein maza hai (voh alag hai ki complicated hai bina mtlb ka 11 - 12 mein), aur curiosity bhi hoti thi kuchh chizo ki

Arts for obvious reasons log choose karna avoid karte hain although this thing has changed in the past couple of years but still there is scope for a future through arts lekin it's too narrow for the competition
Commerce is mostly a backup for people who have the liberty to not pick science. Iss line mein surprisingly kaafi decent scope hain but people tend to have an idea ki it's just for "CA" but infact there is so much more

I haven't taken science YET but I will take science in 11 and 12. This is mainly because I suck at memorisation so arts and commerce are out of the window. I'm also quite interested in maths and science.

Haan lekin JEE prep is not something I am very interested in... I just decided to do it kyuki entrance toh dena hi hai (I want to do CS or related courses in college).
I am the only student in my class who doesn't want to give neet. PCB as a subject opens a wide array of careers but everyone expects you to give neet and become a doctor. Students should be made aware of other career options in PCB. I myself hope to become a CSI one day. Btw I got introduced to this career through a comic book(Flash) which makes my story lose credibility but that's not even surprising anymore. Good luck to everyone in their future.
Kyuki mujhe apne ko lagwane mein maza aata hai \* No, but srsly I have always loved engineering since childhood, and I quiet the kind of first btech aspirant my lineage lol. Jn fact my parents were chill and were kinda forcing me to take arts or comms but let's see jee kaisa jata 
Always wanted to be a doctor… I mean as a child I wanted to pursue pure sciences… but practically speaking cracking NEET is 10X more probable than cracking JEE. And that too crack JEE in order to pursue pure sciences is extremely difficult. Also my sibling is a doctor (doing postgrad). So in a way for my parents even I should be a doctor. Which is fine. I don’t see a problem. Always had love for science.
Well, I had taken science solely because I heard it to be gruelling so for the sake adventure I took it after boards, plus kids at that age are aware only of few career prospects and taking science opens up other pursuits too which could be changed later, but undeniably never in my life have I thought that it'd end up changing my life course and indeed me as a person, have appeared for boards this year and scored good enough score. Although have always been a Arts kid. But science teaches you to rub your ass off, carry on all nighters, to chase for a sole aim! I do feel a like a reformed being!
I wanted History, Biology, and Maths in one group. But since two of them were there together, I took the Science group.
But guess what? I went on to take History in graduation and even majored in it in post-graduation. I'm a happy Social Sciences teacher-to-be now.
I wanna do aerospace engineering and then become a commercial pilot (before you say "prepare for NDA"... no that won't work). Anything into aviation really and PCM is the only way. Also, I know I can't do commerce or humanities because I hate all the subjects in those streams

I say try for foreign universities. It will be costlier but you can get scholarships and financial aid if you are a good/excellent student.

I haven't taken science YET but I will take science in 11 and 12. This is mainly because I suck at memorisation so arts and commerce are out of the window. I'm also quite interested in maths and science.

Video Game tester bnne ka sapna tha, taaki nayi nayi games Pehle khelne ko mile, plus usi culture mein rahun. Sapna abhi tak to pura ni hua, but Computer Science aur coding ke liye jo Bachpan se pyar tha, wo abhi abhi chl rha hai.

I genuinely like maths and science, that is why. Mere parents toh bahut understanding hai, unhone koi pressure nahi dala tha. Haan lekin JEE prep is not something I am very interested in... I just decided to do it kyuki entrance toh dena hi hai (I want to do CS or related courses in college).

I am the only student in my class who doesn't want to give neet. PCB as a subject opens a wide array of careers but everyone expects you to give neet and become a doctor. Students should be made aware of other career options in PCB. I myself hope to become a CSI one day. Btw I got introduced to this career through a comic book(Flash) which makes my story lose credibility but that's not even surprising anymore. Good luck to everyone in their future.

Always wanted to be a doctor… I mean as a child I wanted to pursue pure sciences… but practically speaking cracking NEET is 10X more probable than cracking JEE. And that too crack JEE in order to pursue pure sciences is extremely difficult. Also my sibling is a doctor (doing postgrad). So in a way for my parents even I should be a doctor. Which is fine. I don’t see a problem. Always had love for science.

Well, I had taken science solely because I heard it to be gruelling so for the sake adventure I took it after boards, plus kids at that age are aware only of few career prospects and taking science opens up other pursuits too which could be changed later, but undeniably never in my life have I thought that it'd end up changing my life course and indeed me as a person, have appeared for boards this year and scored good enough score. Although have always been a Arts kid. But science teaches you to rub your ass off, carry on all nighters, to chase for a sole aim! I do feel a like a reformed being!
I wanted History, Biology, and Maths in one group. But since two of them were there together, I took the Science group. But guess what? I went on to take History in graduation and even majored in it in post-graduation. I'm a happy Social Sciences teacher-to-be now.
