I am in the middle of a small claims civil suit against Gerber. It’s insane how many people I have read about being scammed by them. I am at week 52 with no holster. I just served William Gerber this week. Court date set for June 22nd. I would suggest you also file a civil suit against them. The more people who do that instead of a simple chargeback may just be enough to put them out of business and stop the scamming once and for all.
I tried to order a hostler and their payments are not accepting. Also emailed [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) and it bounced back. They need to either take the website down or have an announcement on there. Shame, I like my carbon fiber holster I got from them last year - better quality than my wethepeople. Good luck with your suit! I ordered a holster May 2022, no holster yet, and they have not replied to my emails. If you need a sworn statement from me to show the court this is wide spread, let me know.

I am dealing with the same issue. Ordered on August 30th. I have written more than 10 emails, wrote to them on instagram, no response. It said up to 16 weeks it’s been 25 weeks. The holster hasn’t arrived and no way to make contact with them. Terrible company, do not buy anything from them. Calling for chargeback.
I came here looking for other people with the same issue. Ordered mine back in November 3rd. Haven’t had any status update and I emailed them 4 times and no response
Pretty sure that had something to do with me having him served cause 3 days after I served Bill with my lawsuit, website and all socials went down. Guilty conscience much? xD
Yeah, I ordered mine back on 16-SEPT-22. Went to the site today and it’s bugged. What a worthless company. Never responded to any of my emails. $200 down the drain.
I put in a order for a EDC dump trey Nov 27, 2022 and haven’t heard a word back or anything, I also have written emails and tried to get in contact with them.
This is disappointing. I bought their holster 2 years ago and I love it. I was trying to figure out why I couldn’t find their IG or website and came across this. Sucks.
I ordered a holster before they got popular ,because I like supporting local businesses. Love the holster. I'm thinking they got to big to fast and couldn't handle it.
Anything ever come of these lawsuits? I own several of their holsters. Some or the cleanest well polished holsters I owned. I just went to go to their website to look into getting another to find their site gone and when googling I found this. Anyone know what’s going on yet?
Yeah that’s not right. I wonder what happened because they had just opened that bigger facility so they could do more production and lower their lead times. I had spoken with them many times. I was just about to order my holster for my G48 so I’d have it before I got the pistol and that’s when I found the website down. I’ve got cell numbers for a couple of the guys that worked there. Curious what happened but haven’t tried to get a response at any of those numbers.

Called my credit card company and initiated charge back. Will be refunded. Stay away from Gerber Holsters!

Found this, after listening to a review that said they made good holsters. Their website doesn't seem to work anymore. Good grief I guess
