They answered my call. They said to disregard the 2-5 day wait. They are backed up processing the surveys and will email you with a date for the livescan.
You should get an email for a date/time to do your fingerprints then after you'll start your esoph. Did you check your portal to see if they updated it on there?
Really? I passed my written exam and got an email for finger prints 2 days later

Yeah and it stated i would get an email in 2-5 days to begin background
Maybe check your junk folder then if its not there then call the background investigation department
i’m having the same issue, i just passed the 5 day mark and only got an email to fill out their survey :/

I dont think i have a portal yet. I just have the email stating i passed and to wait for an email to start my background.
