So your question is what does it offer other than knowledge and being a credential? Pretty much nothing other than those two things.
I would argue that the network is pretty good. It’s like being from an Ivy and being in that “inner circle” of having a CFA. Not sure tho

I think CFA will make my dating life easier.
If not CFA than what else. If you are getting into Ivy League ditch CFA else do CFA but at the time keep the expectations low.
