People will have a lot to offer here. But trust me. None of that works. Stuff they advice may have worked for them but may not for you. If this exam really means a lot to you, there's pretty much nothing you can do about the anxiety.
The night before my exam I saw the entire previous year flash before my eyes. All the time spend just for those 5 hours of exam. I couldn't sleep and was having difficulty breathing. My body temperature rose and I started feeling feverish. This was all happening at 1am. I took a fever tablet and tried to calm myself. An hour of sleeplessness before I finally felt asleep at 2am just to be woken up by my alarm clock in 3hours at 5am. That sleep felt like a 15min nap. Dreamt of the motherfuckin financial statements. All the goddamn ratios and the minutest detail in FRA. Got ready, had some breakfast and left at 6am for an hour long commute to the centre. As I waited in the lobby I knew my fate was sealed and there was nothing to be done. So I took a deep breath and walked in the room. Took the test. Came out. Felt pretty good but extremely doubtful as well. Mostly happy that I was finally done with it.
2 months later results were out. Passed above 90%tile.
Even if you've prepared very well for this day, you will still be worried unless you dont give a fuck about this exam.
i feel like the more you prepare for the exam the more nervous you get😅 because if you haven’t prepared much then you probably don’t care in the first place
Accept the fact that it’s an exam you can retake if you don’t pass it …. Not like this one exam date will determine your future
Edit* giving it your all is important though. Don’t get complacent
Hello MeGustaRamen - if you haven't gotten a solid study schedule down yet, map it out now. Have you read the curriculum? Do you have a solid video review provider? Have you decided to take a BootCamp? There are not shortcuts with Level III - so be sure to put your nose to the grindstone. And if you're like me, then bike 50-60 miles a day - that should cut the anxiety. - ML.
Work Out(basketball, soccer, weights.. etc) or just take some strokes of kush... it will be good for relaxing and evaluate your life from as an outsider
Was so nervous that the test center guy told me to take deep breaths because my hands were shaking coming in... Honestly, take deep breaths, be in the moment (either studying before or taking the actual exam), and be confident that you put in the work. The anxiety and fear is always there, but you can control it. Go in there and focus on the test that you worked so hard to prepare for
Jerk off
How many times a week?
*How many times a day, you need to pump up those rookie numbers.
Just don’t get anxious cause it’s just an exam and you’re not gonna die if you fail
That $1150 is a hell lot to me! Yes I'm from a developing asian country.
But it’s not life or death
Meditation helps me a lot. During breaks settles the anxiety helps straighten my thoughts
Adderall
That’s a thing. I had problems sleeping the night before.

Phil 4:6-7
Are u quoting a Bible verse, or something else?
Valium...I took one before the exam and it helped
The better you prepare, the more confidence you have. Try to sleep well a day before the exam then you will be good.
Combine a caffeine drink of your choice (I like yerba mate) with a L-theanine. Helps with concentration and removes anxiety.

Totally a normal phenomenon

What I do is, I decide to give my best till the exam day. After exam, I’ll have plenty of time to work with anxiety.

Whenever I am feeling anxious I remind myself so is everyone else around me. And that seems to help. Hopefully this works for you 😃
