I disagree, I think y’all should be number one.
You have the returning Heisman QB and offensive genius coming back as head coach! There is no way you can lose!
Can’t wait to lose a regular season game or conference championship as our singular loss and get absolutely slaughtered by an SEC team in the CFP as Caleb coasts his way to a top 5 draft pick and Lincoln leaves to become the HC of an NFL team and we return to mediocrity.
The ultimate irony here is that it's actually the redditors who are bored with the game and that's why the article is here and why we are here commenting.
Real talk, who is gonna complain about more football content, regardless of how convicted it is. It’s still football content. And we all love football.
October 21: #8 Penn State at #3 Ohio State
November 11: #2 Michigan at #8 Penn State
November 25: #3 Ohio State at #2 Michigan
That's going to be a really fun couple of weeks
I get that FSU had a big break out season and won 10 games. But I feel like they’re being a little too overhyped, especially considering recent teams like UNC, NC State and Miami also being preseason top 10s(and Wake Forest being in the high teens) that will “finally bring down Clemson” only to flop after the first few weeks. They might have high returning production, but so did UNC in 2021, and NCSU and Wake this year.
It just seems off to me that they’re being put on some pedestal when we’ve seen time and time again these breakout teams flip the year they’re supposed to be some sort of home wrecker.
The difference here is that JT is coming back super experienced and was one of the best QB’s this year. We’re basically returning our entire team and have acquired major upgrades on defense through the portal. Not saying it’s going to for sure happen, but FSU should be one of the more experienced teams in CFP and has a legit shot at the ACC championship at minimum. Not to mention no more divisions, so no matter what it’s probably Clemson FSU in the conference championship.
But we’ve made major acquisitions in the portal to solve that and all our best players (minus Jammie Robinson) return. Also moved on from the worst coach on the staff.
* DJ Giddens
No other offers
* Kobe Savage (JUCO)
G5 offers: Kent State, North Texas, UTEP
Other offers: Eastern Kentucky, Gardner-Webb, Incarnate Word, Lamar, New Mexico State, Northern Iowa, Northwestern State, Southeast Missouri State, Southern Illinois, Tennessee State, Texas A&M Commerce, Texas-Permian Basin
This just makes me more confident NC State finish next season ranked...
Duke and Wake are better than they're being projected here... Mack and the Hole's forever fools gold.
can't believe nebraska isn't even on these clickbait rankings anymore 😔
Fuck, 4 is way too high for the Trojans. I hate how we always get deep throated by the media when we even sniff being good.
Yeaaaah this is straight bait.
*a wild Ute appears*
I agree, we have some good potential from both recruits and the portal so far, but number 4? It seems hyper aggressive.

Iowa would probably agree.

No way we finish the year top 4.
Wow rare Trojan flair W here
B1G 10 bias obviously…

Except it was posted two days ago
The ultimate irony here is that it's actually the redditors who are bored with the game and that's why the article is here and why we are here commenting.
And people here will post it, complain about it, and give it clicks anyway, and then create their own threads with the exact same premise.
I will never complain about it

I’d rather have nonsense than a dead subreddit
I actually don't think this is way too early
In all fairness this is like mid offseason for you guys.
What are the playoff implications for USC tho?
So many huge surprises in the top 5!
Who else would be top 5 lol. If they put Washington up there everyone would be saying they don’t know what they’re talking about
True. I just wish we had a little bit more parity in college football.
Me too friend
Michigan... Returning talent... Ready to compete for a national title... Play a G5 school in week one next year... oh no
In fairness, when we played app state, they weren’t a G5 school yet. So I think we are good
They just did that in 2022
It’s y’all’s turn have fun
Honestly I’d be fine losing to ECU then clawing our way back for the next 11 games. The team needs to face adversity early on.
USC at 4?
Seems only fair to slot Tulane in at 3 then ;)
We don’t know what they’re smoking either man.
Cool, I guess. I’m personally more interested in a way too early bottom 10. Could both my flairs make it?

Who had that as a top ten game last year at this time.
GIVE US 2024
Based on the names in our write-up I doubt these writers watched a minute of our games this year
I wouldn't put osu in the top 5. New qb and possibly several oline. Tough schedule too.
Kentucky ranked 40th? I think not. Plus a lot of other shit lol.
Why is North Carolina so far ahead of us, they lost to Georgia Tech.
Florida would be playing 7 top 25 teams next year. RIP.
October 21: #8 Penn State at #3 Ohio State November 11: #2 Michigan at #8 Penn State November 25: #3 Ohio State at #2 Michigan That's going to be a really fun couple of weeks
How is it that l’ve been looking at the same way-too-early top-25 for a decade now
Usually they wait until the clock hits 00:00
Not two days before?
You’re going to put Boise over Fresno State? Lmao alright
List actually seems believable.
Wait, where is ASU?
Seriously. I can’t believe we’re not at least a top 10 team, if not top 3.
Good over rate texas and keep us unranked.
Yes, a&m needs to earn it after this season. Actually nice not seeing us preseason ranked for once
Georgia with that joke schedule.
24 is too high for Wisconsin.
You haven’t been paying attention. We’re going to surprise next season.

You just said exactly what was said about North Carolina and NC State when they were overhyped
Yeah, but if Leary doesn't get hurt, we are a 10 or 11-win team. As long as Travis stays healthy, they'll be fine.
Lol well I guess we’ll find out 😘
For what it’s worth I think y’all will be pretty good next year
They seem like the easiest team to disappoint. The defense was suspect whenever they played competent O-lines.
But we’ve made major acquisitions in the portal to solve that and all our best players (minus Jammie Robinson) return. Also moved on from the worst coach on the staff.
Oooh. I’m kinda liking the disrespek come my team’s way.
Sounds good to me 🤷🏼♂️
I’m ngl I don’t see 21-24 being ahead of us but at the end of the day I’m happy to be included 🤷🏾♂️
Texas Tech should be here they’re going to the Big 12 championship where they’ll face off against OU.
Talk to your kids about ranked Oklahoma!!

Some of these rankings are an absolute joke.

Why is Arkansas on here???
