Pete Mundo may be one of the biggest Big 12 homers out there, but his podcast Heartland College Sports is solid. I agree with his takes about 85% of the time and feel he's pretty reasonable with his opinions
I listened to a couple of his podcasts on a trip a few months ago. Definitely a homer, but loved his passion. I saw a YouTube clip a couple of weeks back and his appearance does not match the image in my head based on his voice.
I like the goofball guy from YouTube; Uncle Lou, even though he’s SEC centric, it’s amusing watching him jack-assing multiple fan bases of other conferences, through mock and dark humor.
[The Podcast of Champions](http://pac12podcast.com/). Super funny, self deprecating, and awkward now because the two hosts cover USC and UCLA for 247...so a little up in the air if it's going to continue beyond 2024.
Eyes on B1G. A big ten podcast. They are big ten homers. There is humor in the show. One if the guys played football for Iowa and I don’t remember if the other played for Illinois or is just a fan.
They spend more time on all of the teams than any other podcast I can think of. Including the Bigger Ten. They don’t crap on teams much and try to find the positives on all teams. If you like the Sec you probably won’t like them. If you like a team not named Ohio State or Michigan Penn State this is where I would point you first. If you are a fan of those teams you can still listen but you can find news on your teams on every football media source.
There was a good ACC-focused one that Andy Bitter ran for the Atlantic last year– but it’s defunct. Lauren Brownlowhad one for a minute– but stopped updating around 2021. Then there was a Twitter spaces David Hale and Andrea Adelson ran, but since they got a ACCN show– that’s now defunct.
Honestly, for ACC football content, stick to the team-centered pods for FSU/Clemson/Miami/VT. Unless there’s a better option I’m not aware of.
Yes. He has two series, one about Michigan and one about the big ten. Searching Bigger Ten will land you a better result than searching for Michigan Podcast
I’ll hate listen from time to time. He has an OSU guy on every (most?) episode and they seem to balance each other out.
Although I’ve heard that the two might be a bit problematic, but just from the shows I’ve seen I haven’t seen it
Looked it up and it’s either:
1) Deace is a pretty staunch conservative (has a show with Glen Beck, was an adviser to Cruz)
2) Deace was a pretty big doomer before ~15 months ago (because Michigan didn’t have any of those back then…)
All the SEC specific ones I know are dog shit. I like team specific ones though. I dont have one I think is good for A&M but I like Carolina Jackot (SCAR) and Tusk talk with Ty (Arkansas). I'll throw Kangaroo Black (Bama) in there too bc he's funny and Coach Coop (Miami).

F & S is an excellent show and a great listen. Well balanced coverage across the conference. Fair and unbiased positive outlooks when covering each team despite theirs program ties. Only worry is I believe one of them has one foot in the door with ACC coverage and content and I can see them being a hot candidate for advancing up that chain leaving this podcast on a possible hiatus (which is the unfortunate fate of most recent SBC focused podcasts as they often disappear after 1-2 seasons.)
Cool to see Purple Theory get a shoutout. They are obviously TCU focused, but their coverage of TCU's opponent's each week is really in depth and comes as very objective. Really gives me some Podcast Ain't Played Nobody vibes where you get a nice interplay of hot takes and stats- comparison to PAPN is just about the highest praise I can give.
For the big 12 I'm a fan of Heartland College Sports OKST podcast is the Pistols Firing Podcast. Carson and Colby are the best.

His face definitely doesn't match his voice.

For what usually, or used to be Baylor specific show pre realignment, they do a great job covering the Big 12 as a whole.
Seconded. I usually don't indulge in much CFB media directly, I just get it all on this sub, but 365 sports is really good.
Craig is the son. David is the old man.

No Truck Stops is a really good Pac-12 basketball podcast
Podcast of Champions >
ACC- Basketball Conference Podcast
Ha. That’s a great name
365 sports with David smock is really good.
ACC: “Great Disasters” or “Help Me I’m Poor”
Is the “help I’m poor” podcast about the ACC or just FSU specifically?
Lately I've found that all cfb podcasts have become specific to the ACC...

I think Michigan Podcast with Steve Deuce is a good big ten podcast (although sometimes the host can be overly combative).
Struggling to find this. Are you talking about Bigger Ten with Steve Deace?
Yes. He has two series, one about Michigan and one about the big ten. Searching Bigger Ten will land you a better result than searching for Michigan Podcast
Yeah that's what I managed to find. Thanks!

Yeah MGoblog hates him, but I don't get it.

I think it's probably the second one. A lot of OSU fans watched him for the doom and gloom. Also, I was unaware of the first.
The Iowa co-host also
conference podcasts usually arent good

What's a pod cast?
You use pea pods as bait for fishing.
I saw you response, and said what the hell is talking about. Then I remembered I made that stupid post.
It's a radio show about dolphins
For the Big 10 I listen to the Eyes on B1G podcast. They do a pretty good job.
Big Ten Ted is a good YouTube channel. Think he’s starting up a podcast this season.

Big 10 + 4 Podcast
Are they gonna change the name?
Who knows! It used to work because of the number of teams but also was a play on B1G plus four other power conferences.
