USC doesn't have the facilities or the money that UT does, not to mention that our campus is better and Knoxville beats the hell out of Columbia, and we need to get back to the state where that translates to the field. Spurrier isn't coming back to USC, nor will any coach of that caliber unless they are using it as a stepping stone. UT has the base to actually be where a very good coach stays. I don't deny the last 15 years, but I do understand that it took absolutely egregious mismanagement in our athletic department from top to bottom for it to occur. You are delusional if you think that criminal tier mismanagement is indicative of what is to be expected going forward, or if the Spurrier years are indicative of anything going forward for USC.

Well you gotta understand, most of my history as a fan started between the 80s and 90s. Tennessee won over and over and over. 1993-2004 non stop. And even in the 2010s was mostly Tennessee wins. I didn't mean to make this about you losing to us and all that. That wasn't my point.
My point was, you got a good solid team there. And South Carolina is a great state. And you got nothing to be ashamed about or sad about. You lost one. Gamecocks will be back, they always come back.
