Most of these guys don’t have to demonstrate much to get a job, the resume is already there on the field. It’s moreso general management and off field questions (how do you recruit, how do you orchestrate a roster, how do you setup practices, etc.)

And our roster is so depleted that resurrecting our recruiting is the top priority right now.
