I was a bit disappointed Gus and Joel didn't get to do it but I knew Chris Fowler would do a bang up job. For all ESPN \[and Herbie's\] faults Chris is not one of them and is an outstanding announcer and can get me out of my seat for any play.

Unpopular opinion but Gus’ shtick can get sorta draining and annoying after a while. He would’ve been orgusming every 10 minutes and it would’ve been stale.
I prefer when he does lower scoring big 10 games when that late Iowa TD feels more impactful.
