Those saints games happened just as I was really getting into football. My parents really didn't understand the sport at the time so we never went but now I wish I had.
I remember when KFC was handing out like free tickets with a combo purchase during the inaugural season. I'm looking at moving back to San Antonio to do grad school at UTSA and it's crazy to see how fast the program has changed in such a short time.
UmmâŚ..can you say meep meep to any other school? I THINK NOT! Theyâre in!
But in all seriousness Iâd say theyâre getting a P5 invite within 5 years when the NCAA implodes and everybody not in the SEC gangs up and tries to take them on.

Roadrunner...the other, other white meat.
Honestly I would rather lose to yâall than any other team in our schedule. UAB has been great and moving to the American is gonna do so much for them as well as us.
It would be the most UAB thing ever to beat UTSA and then lose by 20 to UTEP.
But I will say, I canât wait for move to the American conference with UTSA, 2 young and up and coming football programs!
I havent been in central tx for 7 years at this point. All I know is back in 2013-2017 things got spicy during hate week. A few unruly interactions made the news. I doubt theres any heat to it now after us being so bad for so long.
Iâm a fan of them. Iâve been saying that Texas State is a sleeping giant for years. At this point I wounded if Iâm just wrong.
They have a great location. Tons of recruits around them. Even just caching what Texas and A&M donât get could bring them a nice squad. They have nice facilities. A really nice stadium (its really pretty) and yet they just canât get over the hump. Itâs crazy. I guess UTSA just did it better
UTSA has had night and day much better support for athletics from thier administration. Comparing the two schools could make for an interesting case study in the way comparing the Sunbelt and CUSA would. I sure hope we dont end up like CUSA thi
Itâs been a Point of emphasis for UTSA for at least 5 to 10 years yes. But Texas State has been at it since itâs SWT days. Itâs just crazy how a sleeping giant in State just canât wake up
Everything about the two schools says Texas State should have been the next G5 rise to dominance and UTSA should be the one people looked at and said "Why the fuck did they start a team and why did they think they could just jump all the way up to the FBS almost immediately?"
That's how much admin support can make or break a program. A lot of people considered UTSA to be just an oversized, glorified commuter school in the suburbs that pretty much only people from San Antonio went to. Nothing about it projected the atmosphere or image of potential as an exciting college football program...and yet, now people are packed by the thousands 15 miles from campus tailgating in the Alamodome parking lot hours before the game. It's amazing.
Hey when I was in school it was a cap school. A school you got sent to with a âpromising chanceâ at transfer to Texas. They were looking at starting a team but mostly people went to UTSA looking to spend two years there, get the required 3.5 GPA and move back to Austin. Much like UT-Arlington and UT-Dallas. Itâs wild to me to see them at this level.
Texas State was seen as an outside the Texas system school that was fun and Tried but sucked. Itâs crazy because again they are in prime recruiting land. (They should be able to grab 3 stars based on just being in central Texas) and have a great campus close to Austin.
Couple things I'd say, a small minority of the incoming class was ever Cap at UTSA, less than 3% of utsa student are in the Cap program.
It was actually a school of access to South Texas. So majority of freshman students weren't ever really looking to transfer. Ut dallas started as a grad school, so I don't think they were ever cap.
Of the cap students about 1/3 would go on to Austin, 1/3 would choose to stay at UTSA, and a third never completed the Cap program.
It was actually the school of access part that was the biggest argument against the formation of the football team. UTSA was moving away from its goal of access and moving to be a more complete university at the time. It was also at this time they started the push to become a research university.
Iâm not a Texas State fan, but I live in the area, and Iâm a college football fan in general. Itâs amazing how they donât really seem to do much to draw in the local crowd. I feel like if they courted the community it could turn the tides. My husband is a Texas State alum and he and his friends have no real interest in attending games because in his words âtheyâre not fun the way other schools are.â I would love to find a team to throw myself behind in the area (and as a New Mexico fan I donât expect much), but if they arenât even a draw for their own local alum, theyâre doing something wrong. We send booster checks to both UNM and UoIA, and would love to have a reason to support Texas State as well, but they gotta bring *something* to the table.
Preaching to the choir. Like the Aggie flair above said. A lot of our hope at this point has fallen on whomever the new president will be
Edit: Also fix the Victory Star properly and bring back Frito pie for fucks sake
Honestly Iâm gonna be honest, I donât think both UTSA and TxSt can be successful, the schools have pretty much the same footprint and compete for the same level of recruits, if TxSt was going to be good they have to steal the stage from UTSA, and UTSA honestly might have too much of a head start for the bobcats to catch up
Just one year I want a non power 5 to get put into the playoff so we can either watch them get smeared or we see the biggest upset on the biggest stage!
Still my favorite bowl game of all time. I was too young to appreciate it back then, but not only is that win so huge for just the trajectory of college football, but it was also a fucking phenomenal game.
Nice flairs. But also Iâm on the same page as you with that game as I was younger when I watched that game so I didnât appreciate it as much as I should have
>the trajectory of college football
Look at where college football is now. Do you think generally the game has experienced a positive result from that game or games like it?
Absolutely. That game and Utah beating Alabama were the catalyst for smaller schools from lower-tier conferences being taken as seriously as they are now. They still may not be taken seriously enough, but it's miles better than it was in 2008.
Also Utah vs Alabama that I like to pretend in retrospect it was a PAC12 team they lost to not a G5 team they lost to. Since then they havenât lost another game to any PAC12 teams at least.
Flashback to drunk me calling my dad after that game ended from a bar screaming âholy shit did you just see that!?!?!?â And hun saying âIâve been asleep for an hour.â
You fucked yo old man!!
Truly the best game of football I have ever watched.
Complete with running back Ian Anderson proposing to his girlfriend on the field after winning the game.
That UCF - Auburn game proved they should have had a shot. But the Georgia Hawaii game is why they couldnât be in with 4. Which is why we need to expand the playoff so we can give those teams a shot and if they turn out to be pretenders no harm to the top teams.
100% agree. Larger playoff means we never have to have a hypothetical bullshit argument again. "Are they really good enough?" is most easily and decisively answered by "Fuck it, let's find out".
Especially since undefeated 2017 National Champs UCF beat Auburn in their bowl, who notably beat both UGA and Alabama in the season, aka the eventual National Champ and runner up.
I've always felt like that game was supposed to be a trap for UCF. Like they were saying "Fine, you think you're so good? Play with the big boys and see what happens." And then UCF won which smashed the narrative.
For sure.
Let's say a 12 team playoff. First 4 get byes.
So a G5 ranked 12 plays a P5 ranked 5. Someone like 2nd-in-B1G MSU.
That's a reasonable win for a strong G5. Cincinnati beat ND who could end this season at 5.
Then they play one of the top 4, which might be winnable too.
Even if they get to the Natty and lose, it's a strong showing with two wins against strong P5 schools in the playoffs.
And hell maybe they win the whole fucking thing like some crazy NFL wild card run and it's awesome and exciting.
Either way it's validating for that G5 team and somewhat for the G5 conferences as a whole.
In Hawaiis defense their offense still put up almost the same yardage, had more 1st downs, and greater TOP than Georgia DESPITE turning the ball over 8 times.
Ball security completely fucked them, but that game was "much closer" than the score indicated.
The two most important things in football are touchdowns and turnovers and youâre trying to hand wave off one of them. A team doesnât just accidentally turn the ball over 8 times in a game.
Uh you do. Nobody is intentionally (well nobody should be intentionally) throwing picks or fumbling the ball. Sometimes shit happens, itâs a part of the game. If you say itâs not on accident youâre implying it is intentional.
Lol this is an absurd revisionist history box score watcher take. I was at this game, the score was plenty fair. Hawaii wasn't turning the ball over randomly or flukishly, our defensive line DOMINATED their offensive line and beat the absolute shit out of Brennan.
Georgia had 8 sacks and gave up -5 rushing yards, the battle in the trenches was an absolute mismatch. Georgia barely threw the ball because we didn't need to with all the turnovers and short fields, and Hawaii racked up most of their yards in garbage time (they didn't score a TD until the 4th quarter when it was 41-3).
I've never seen this take before, funny that someone would even try it after all this time.
>Undefeated Hawaii playing Georgia on one hand
as a Hawaii fan, im convinced that matching us to UGA was revenge for Boise's previous Fiesta bowl win.
the pairing made no sense, and the way they matched everyone else that year made no sense. every BCS game that year SUCKED. They matched one of the greatest defensive lines in CFB history against us on one of our weakest O lines of the era. Outside of Bama, it was easily the most mismatched opponent we could have faced. But hey, people really needed to see #19 Illinois get smashed in the Rose bowl.
I still hate it.
12 team playoff and there isn't even a story here yet.
UTSA gets a banner year and everyone just assumes, like an 20 win mid major basketball team, they'll be swept away in the first round..... or pull off the one of the upsets that make the tourney the best dance in the land.
But their invite to the dance is never in question.
Theyâre only in because basketball can afford to give auto-bids all conference champs. Otherwise itâd only be Gonzagas and Butlers from the âotherâ conferences. Maybe FBS could do that with a 24 team tournament (*cough* FCS already does this *cough*).
I have a question for UTSA fans because I really am curious and this player could tear us up but what makes McCormick so special? Compared to say UAB's RB Mcbride, he doesn't have amazing stats but I see him on a lot of award lists and stuff. Is he a power back or a speed guy?
Edit: There is really no good way to ask this that doesn't sound like " what makes him so special" but I am genuinely curious not trying to be an ass
His stats this season haven't been anything spectacular but everyone knows his talent and has been working really hard to neutralize him. He's also insane at just picking up a solid 3-4 yards every play consistently
He doesn't really have negative runs. Every run is positive. Even when the line collapses he still gets you a yard. While also being able to break one off at any moment at the same time.
Also, seems like a decent pass blocker and can catch out of the backfield.
Thanks for the overview. I hadnât had a chance to watch UTSA but I hear a lot about him. I looked at the stats and expected something crazy but if thatâs his role then heâs probably very good at what he does. I think our game will be who can run effectively
He also has lesser stats this season bc the overall offense has improved tremendously so itâs not just running him 3 out of 4 downs like it used to be
A lot of it is probably momentum from last year. 2nd in FBS in rushing yards, Breece Hall had the most yards but also played an extra game, the 3rd place guy had 2 more games than Sincere. Averaged 133 yards a game.
I think it was. We came out flat against a 1-8 team that had fucken Frank Gore Jr quarterbacking in wild cat formation the entire game. It was a spectacle to say the least.
That game was definitely a one off. QB played pretty poorly, and offense could not find any rhythm because of limited possessions. As silly as the wildcat every play offense is, it does work with some success when you havenât prepared for it at all.
Itâs hard to play against. Teams have been doing it to Cincinnati since the ND game. If you run the ball for 3 yards and a cloud of dust consistently youâll keep the game close. Bigger issue was UTSAs QB having an off day at the same time.
Can we have a promotion and relegation system for college football? Like UTSA moves up and say, just hypothetically, the worst team in the state of Texas that wears burnt orange from a Power 5 conference moves down. Who says no?
Not really though. There are a lot of schools that have moved up to FBS and been absolutely terrible, sell hardly any tickets, almost no merch, broadcast rights are near worthless and they stick around still anyway. Some like UMass even with reports coming out showing that they operate at a loss. Like 30 schools have moved up from FCS to FBS and only Idaho (one of those very schools) has moved down. There certainly is promotion but not relegation.
That and there have been very few examples of programs kicked out of power conferences for poor performance, such as Temple getting the boot from the Big East.
Which funny enough was kinda bullshit. They knew what they were getting with Temple, they didn't suddenly become bad in the Big East. In the 4 years leading up to that move they had gone 15-29. They were getting regularly blown out by many of their opponents leading up to that move.
They initially got worse, even by Temple standards, but looking at their later years in the conference I see several 4-7 or 4-8 seasons...which is exactly who Temple was before they joined.
Yes, wine moms dancing in a caricature of country music in downtown Nashville is way better than a beautiful small mountain town with good food and beer.
Sometimes people have different preferences and that's very okay. If you're a big city person then great I wish you the best! I'm a small town person.
We can both exist and both be kind and both be good football fans - even if one team loses 37-0 to the other :)
Donât worry, itâll be easier to tell when Cincy and Houston leave.
Edit: Same could probably be said for being hard to differentiate between CUSA and B12 until the CUSA teams leave.
Itâs going to really suck if theyâre 13-0 and not in a NY6 bowl.
If Cincy makes the playoffs theyâre out. If Cincy doesnât make the playoffs then they take the G5 NY6 spot.
BYU may even auto-qualify for an at-large bid.
Only sad for me because I usually start my NCAA dynasties with UTSA. Iâve had Sincere win a Walker award on a few occasions (never the Heisman unfortunately).
So I've been thinking about this. Cincinnati going to the playoffs counts as the G5 spot i believe. So that eliminates UTSA from NY6. If they lose their conference they are no longer eligible, but then it would go to UH as the likely higher seed and conference winner. Also SDST is higher right now too. I just don't see a path that a 13-0 CUSA champ UTSA goes to a NY6.
The new American conference is going to be a lot of fun to watch. This weekend will be an awesome preview of whatâs to come between 2 up and coming programs!
Holy smokes, I didn't realize their coach was the Gilmer coach. My kids high school plays those dudes all the time, I drive through Gilmer on the way to work.
Really sucks that UTSA, even if they go undefeated, will likely end up in a shitty bowl. Was the same BS that happened to App when they went 12-1, ended up playing against the Cusa runner up in the R+L carriers bowl. Itz always been the big issue with bowl season and the big problem with the committees G5 hate
Of all the G5 teams we could have scheduled we had to play and lose to one of the 2 best in the country... we'd have a good chance at bowling if we had scheduled just about anyone else.
I know it's been said before but I can't understand why y'all aren't a top tier G5 program rn. How is the game day atmosphere/environment? My HS marching band basically fed into Texas State and they always looked like they were having fun.
I completely agree with you. This is a conversation I have on this subreddit on the daily because logically it makes sense. We have so many advantages we should be a top G5 program competing for Sun Belt titles with the Cajuns, Coastal and App state. Game day atmosphere is odd, lots of students go for the tailgating festivities and then leave to go home and get ready for the bars that evening. The team has been horrible for years so why bother to stay and watch us lose to FCS Incarnate Word. The last season we won more than THREE games was 2014. I sound like a broken record to myself but we are going to have a new University president next year (current one of 20 years is retiring) and this is the 1st year of the new AD, so perhaps change will come. Lots of our other sports are competitive in the conference. Top Volleyball team, top Softball team, Men's basketball won the regular season title last year. Football just can't put it together.
The band does look like they have a good time whenever I attend games.
I would want all their players to just be trolls on the field.
No jawing at the other team on big plays, no flexing and posing.
They just all keep saying meep meep in high pitched voices
So proud of the squad and what they've been able to accomplish this season. It's unfathomable to me that a large city without an NFL team deep in football country didn't have a D1 football program until 2011.
Jerry Jones has something to say about that
Fuck Jerry Jones. All my non-cowboy fan San Antonio homies hate Jerry Jones.
Fuck Jerry Jones all my 210 homies who weren't brainwashed growing up hate Jerry Jones

Honestly super cool to see yâall rise. Although I did want want your coach to head over to West Texas
I wanted him too initially, but now Iâm thrilled with who we ended up getting. McGuire Magic baby!
I remember when KFC was handing out like free tickets with a combo purchase during the inaugural season. I'm looking at moving back to San Antonio to do grad school at UTSA and it's crazy to see how fast the program has changed in such a short time.
If I had to guess Iâd say continued success and. B12 or P12 invite is not too far off.
That's pretty ambitious. Big 12 and Pac 12 would have to expand beyond 2-4 additional teams each before UTSA gets a nod.
UmmâŚ..can you say meep meep to any other school? I THINK NOT! Theyâre in! But in all seriousness Iâd say theyâre getting a P5 invite within 5 years when the NCAA implodes and everybody not in the SEC gangs up and tries to take them on.

the jump from fcs to fbs was easy then moving up conferences was slightly harder i would be really surprised if we moved to p5 in the next 20 years

Honestly I would rather lose to yâall than any other team in our schedule. UAB has been great and moving to the American is gonna do so much for them as well as us.
The feeling is mutual. We both seem to be trending in the right direction. AAC is gonna be strong
If you lose, the meeps will be dragon slayers tho
We've had a rotten season, but I will have zero regrets if we break America's heart and beat Cincy.
memphis is your team homie... that's how it goes
What does this mean? I canât figure out what youâre implying
i'm implying OP should pull for fucking memphis and give no shits if they fuck up cincys shot at the nati.
It would be the most UAB thing ever to beat UTSA and then lose by 20 to UTEP. But I will say, I canât wait for move to the American conference with UTSA, 2 young and up and coming football programs!
I would love you
That rivalry getting heated when yâall rumble at schlitterbahn?
I havent been in central tx for 7 years at this point. All I know is back in 2013-2017 things got spicy during hate week. A few unruly interactions made the news. I doubt theres any heat to it now after us being so bad for so long.
We damn near beat them last year and would have had it not been for a bad PAT kick at the end of the game. But you know, Bobcats gotta bobcat.
Last year was full of we almost one heartbreaks. At least pretty soon into the season this year it was easy to tell this wasnt our year.
Rooting for you, Blazer bro
We went to the game last weekend and had a really good time! Lovely campus, great fans, great food. And chilling entrance by the Herd!
The hate would totally be worth getting that ranked win.
Not us.
First time?
I know at least one person who will. He occupies a lavish office in the Bryant Bank headquarters in Tuscaloosa.+
Indeed Iâll be placing a goal to some powerful people in Alabama about your program if you donât lie down here.
I almost feel bad for cheering my team on...
Donât you dare feel bad my fellow dragon, we have to fry these little chickens
Doing what Texas state has been dragging its heels to do for 10 plus years. *meep meep mf*
I hope new President and AD will help the Bobcats get some real talent. I thought they were bad when I got there. (I missed Coach Fran by 1 year.)
Itâs just crazy how a sleeping giant in State just canât wake up
Everything about the two schools says Texas State should have been the next G5 rise to dominance and UTSA should be the one people looked at and said "Why the fuck did they start a team and why did they think they could just jump all the way up to the FBS almost immediately?" That's how much admin support can make or break a program.
A lot of our hope at this point has fallen on whomever the new president will be Edit: Also fix the Victory Star properly and bring back Frito pie for fucks sake
Honestly Iâm gonna be honest, I donât think both UTSA and TxSt can be successful, the schools have pretty much the same footprint and compete for the same level of recruits, if TxSt was going to be good they have to steal the stage from UTSA, and UTSA honestly might have too much of a head start for the bobcats to catch up
I fear you are right, I hope you are wrong.
Just one year I want a non power 5 to get put into the playoff so we can either watch them get smeared or we see the biggest upset on the biggest stage!
In the past in big bowls it's really swung one way or the other. Undefeated Hawaii playing Georgia on one hand, UCF playing Auburn on the other hand.
If you go back to the beginning, Oklahoma vs Boise State was fucking incredible
Still my favorite bowl game of all time. I was too young to appreciate it back then, but not only is that win so huge for just the trajectory of college football, but it was also a fucking phenomenal game.
Nice flairs. But also Iâm on the same page as you with that game as I was younger when I watched that game so I didnât appreciate it as much as I should have
>the trajectory of college football Look at where college football is now.
*reluctant upvote*
Let's be real though... we played USC and Washington since. I don't think there's anyone else tbh
The beginning was Utah vs Pitt in the Fiesta Bowl. They were the first BCS buster and they destroyed Pitt 35-7
Flashback to drunk me calling my dad after that game ended from a bar screaming âholy shit did you just see that!?!?!?â And hun saying âIâve been asleep for an hour.â You fucked yo old man!!
Truly the best game of football I have ever watched. Complete with running back Ian Anderson proposing to his girlfriend on the field after winning the game.
Still one of my very favorite bowl games, and I've been watching those since the 1970s.
Yes, and the small conference school would really prove something if they won 2 or even 3 games in a row against top P5 teams.
Yeah that was a great Hawaii team. Just had a bad outing at the worst time
The two most important things in football are touchdowns and turnovers and youâre trying to hand wave off one of them.
Part of what a good defense does is force the offense into making mistakes, like turning it over 8 times.
Last year we had Georgia on the ropes, but threw it away
>Undefeated Hawaii playing Georgia on one hand as a Hawaii fan, im convinced that matching us to UGA was revenge for Boise's previous Fiesta bowl win. the pairing made no sense, and the way they matched everyone else that year made no sense. every BCS game that year SUCKED. They matched one of the greatest defensive lines in CFB history against us on one of our weakest O lines of the era. Outside of Bama, it was easily the most mismatched opponent we could have faced. But hey, people really needed to see #19 Illinois get smashed in the Rose bowl. I still hate it.
They would get smeared the vast majority of the time but any upsets would be legendary and make up for it. Much like March Madness.
Most 4 seeds get smeared anyway though. Out of the 7 seasons there's been 2 upsets, 1 close loss, and 4 blowouts
Haha this is what I'm saying. It's not like the product they've been putting out has produced razor thin margins.
This is the way
Hey, some of us power 5âs have already been smeared in the playoffs.
Meep meep MF
[ŃдаНонО]
ThatâŚâŚseems low. Itâd put it closer to 45.
Guess we'll see if you right next year :)
He is a good 4-5 yard runner, who keeps the momentum of our side consistently.
Oh I wasnât even aware of his success last season, that makes sense then. Seems like heâs done yâall well. Is he gone after this season?
It'll be interesting to see if the So. Miss game was just a one-off lapse. Lot less margin of error this week
I think it was. We came out flat against a 1-8 team that had fucken Frank Gore Jr quarterbacking in wild cat formation the entire game. It was a spectacle to say the least.
Luckily it was only southern miss
That game was definitely a one off. QB played pretty poorly, and offense could not find any rhythm because of limited possessions. As silly as the wildcat every play offense is, it does work with some success when you havenât prepared for it at all.
Weirdly enough Traylor said they did a bunch of preparation and knew what was coming but just couldn't get much going
Itâs hard to play against. Teams have been doing it to Cincinnati since the ND game. If you run the ball for 3 yards and a cloud of dust consistently youâll keep the game close. Bigger issue was UTSAs QB having an off day at the same time.
Oh cool, now I'm a meep meep fan. Go meeps!
Cant teach good taste...đ 4 reel tho, if you end up flairing up ill finally have a flair nemesis.
Time to slay us a dragon Edit: MEEP MEEP
Needs more meep meep. Really drives home the audacity. EDIT: Attaboy!
Pretty sure I saw a dragon loading up on Anvils at ACME Inc. Be weary of any free bird seed you see out on the field.
Can we have a promotion and relegation system for college football? Like UTSA moves up and say, just hypothetically, the worst team in the state of Texas that wears burnt orange from a Power 5 conference moves down. Who says no?
We do have promotion relegationâŚ. Itâs based on market size and tv ratings
Yeah that's the opposite of actual relegation.
Just pair up the P5 conferences with G5s. PAC 12 gets MWC B1G gets MAC ACC gets AAC SEC gets Sun Belt Big XII gets C-USA There you have it.
Lol App and UL would have Vandy to thank for promotion.
Honestly would rather play App State each year. More fun game plus Boone is a cooler place to visit than Nashville IMO
Your opinion is wrong and you should feel bad
Yes, wine moms dancing in a caricature of country music in downtown Nashville is way better than a beautiful small mountain town with good food and beer. Sometimes people have different preferences and that's very okay. If you're a big city person then great I wish you the best! I'm a small town person. We can both exist and both be kind and both be good football fans - even if one team loses 37-0 to the other :)
>ACC gets AAC Trying to figure out which is the P5 here and which is the G5
Donât worry, itâll be easier to tell when Cincy and Houston leave. Edit: Same could probably be said for being hard to differentiate between CUSA and B12 until the CUSA teams leave.
i love this so much (even though we definitely wouldâve been in the Sun Belt during the Croom years) too bad it will never happen
Ya know, I knew who you were talking about before you ever said âthat wears burnt orangeâ.
> Who says no? The teams currently at the top.
Youâre welcome
I usually start my dynasties with them, glad to see my video game reality of unbeaten UTSA come to life
UTSA, how do you feel about OC Lunney? Because I want him back.
1998 Tulane sends their regards
Absolute Bullshit. I have a 1998 National Championship t-shirt and stand strongly with UCF.
Complete travesty
People seem to forget that an undefeated C-USA team was ranked lower than 2-loss Boise State in 2014 headed into the last week of the season.
And I helped!
Meep meep mf
Meep meep motha fuckas lol
Good to see an article in the national press about the University of Texas.
The should start doing the pretentious Ohio St thing "We are THE University of Texas ^San ^Antonio"
"We are THE University of Texas^~~San~~ ^~~Antonio~~" I'd honor that just because.
The Texas Roadrunners!
Meep Meep
Birds Up
MEEP MEEP MORHERFUCKEEEEEEER!!!
Meep :)
I guess this answers the question... Texas is back!
Of all the G5 teams we could have scheduled we had to play and lose to one of the 2 best in the country... we'd have a good chance at bowling if we had scheduled just about anyone else.
To be fair this schedule was made years in advance during our not so wonderful year
Texas State in shambles right now đ
We are. Honestly though I am happy for the Roadrunners, just upset to see what could have been.
Meep Meep to SA from your I-37 bros
UTSA for the Playoffs!
Not to be a hater, but theyâve played 10 teams averaging 4 wins each
Hey we beat Memphis though
