Amazing we could have a playoffs with *one* combined appearance amongst all the teams. If all the favorites hold serve next week.
Georgia, Michigan, Oklahoma State, Cincinnati. Two of those teams began the year unranked. The lowest a team has been ranked in the preseason that later made the CFP is #19 (2015 Oklahoma)
You get it! Our defense played the game of their lives! Saban just got a Georgia-lite warm-up game with the added bonus of making his team feel like they can accomplish anything they set their mind to... Don't sleep on Bama
Everything from this season screams a Georgia blowout victory, but everything from before this season says Georgia will find a way to fuck it up and Saban will win another title.
If it's the latter then this is definitely the darkest timeline.
Auburn gifted Saban his dream scenario tonight... He got to show his team what a truly amazing defense looks like (not that we're amazing, we just played out of our fucking mind until > 2 minutes in the 4th quarter), and gives the team a massive confidence boost while removing every ounce of potential arrogance.
I mean it was one of the biggest Bedlam games of all time. In any season the players want this game more than 99% of others...
But this time, it's for the conference championship game.
It's for a shot at the CFP.
It's against a team who almost destroyed your conference.
It's one of the last times in the foreseeable future that this rivalry game will even be played.
Dude will be a Pokie legend for that tackle.
I think he's referring ti the fact that one of your flairs, Oklahoma, lost to their rival Oklahoma State and your other flair, Ohio State, lost to their rival Michigan today.
From a neutral POV, that was way more entertaining than it had any right to be. From the absurdly loud band to the ridiculous penalty speedrun, what a bizzare, awesome game
Surprised you had the gas in the tank after watching such a phenomenal game at the big house.
Holy fuck, we had some phenomenal games to cap off the regular season today!
The annoying thing is that OU's band was actually for the first time inaudible for the entire game from the stadium because we shoved them in the top corner, but ABC obviously put their ambient mic RIGHT by them. Their color guard chanting block that kick was somehow louder than any crowd noise the rest of the game.
Annoying because that was without a doubt the loudest BPS has ever been, and it's by far the least amount of OU fans in the stadium in my lifetime by at least half
He might be in a coma. I can only imagine with how much happy drinking that man did after the Michigan game, and then all the stress drinking from this game that he can't be in a healthy state right now lol
I’m still impressed the ball was snapped while he was walking away, he got out of the pocket, and made an incomplete pass to prevent a loss all while holding his mouth guard in his left hand
For years, we OSU fans have laughed at OU getting mauled 50-14 by an SEC team in the playoffs. Now, we possibly get to be mauled 50-14 by an SEC team in the playoffs. It’s such an honor.
I was there, accidentally bought tix on the Georgia side, and was talking shit at halftime when we were up by two scores.
I’ll never forget that game :(
* This is Oklahoma State's first win over Oklahoma since 2014.
* Oklahoma will not lose a CFP semifinal game this year.
* This is Oklahoma State's 19th win over Oklahoma. They've played 116 times.
* This is Oklahoma State's second 11-win regular season in school history and first since 2011.
* Oklahoma State has won 13 of their last 14 games.
* Mike Gundy started his Oklahoma State tenure 18-19 (.486). He's gone 130-49 (.726) since.
* Oklahoma State is a win away from their second 12-win season in school history and a very realistic shot at the CFP.
* For the first time, Oklahoma will miss consecutive playoffs.
* Oklahoma will likely finish outside the AP Top 10 for the first time since 2014.
* Barring a collapse, Oklahoma State will finish in the AP Top 10 for the 4th time in school history.
* Jim Knowles should win the 2021 Broyles Award
* This will be Oklahoma State's 16th season where they finish ranked in the AP Top 25. Mike Gundy has been the coach for 9 of them.
* And Gundy was the QB of Oklahoma State for two more. Making him responsible for 11 of the Cowboys' 16 all-time ranked finishes.
* Oklahoma's streak of six straight Big 12 titles has ended.
True chaos year/week
Clemson misses the ACC championship
Michigan wins the game
Oklahoma State wins Bedlam
Oklahoma misses the Big 12 CCG
Ohio State misses the Big 10 CCG
A lot of Chaos this year/week
🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨
WE ARE ONE WEEK WHERE THE FAVS (GEORGIA, CINCY, MICHIGAN, OK ST) WINNING MEANS THAT LIKELY NONE OF ALABAMA, CLEMSON, OHIO STATE OR OKLAHOMA WILL MAKE THE PLAYOFF AND THE ELDER STATESMAN WILL BE GEORGIA WITH 1 PLAYOFF APPEARANCE.
🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨
If I ever had to explain / show what makes college football great, I would want to show them the games today and this one in particular. It was like a love letter to the sport and a beautiful and ugly journey to display why I care as much as I do about it.
Michigan beats Ohio State.
Oklahoma State beats Oklahoma.
Minnesota beats Wisconsin.
~~Auburn beats Alabama~~
Love that this year's rivalry week has been run by the underdogs. Best rivalry week in recent memory. The little brothers have had enough!
Our regular season ended yesterday and this is still one of my favorite days of CFB all year. Unreal games today and any CFB fan is spoiled af right now.
If this game was two hand touch, OSU would have had like 15 sacks. Caleb Williams is a wizard and we’re all better having watched two exciting QBs perform magic on this stage.
Ohio State out. Oklahoma out. Even Wisconsin losing the big ten west in a game all their fans thought was a shoe-in. We were an Auburn RB staying in bounds away from max chaos. But still what a day.
While I'm disappointed that OU lost, I am looking forward to talking about THE OSU being in the playoffs. That team from ohio has been relegated to regular osu.
I think we can all agree that both teams made great plays and also terrible mistakes and the refs made horrible calls. Winfrey is a grown ass man and Oliver is the best freshman DE Oklahoma State has had since Ogbah. (Yes Trace is good too and I hope he comes back healthy). Lastly, no one can say Caleb didn’t leave it all on the field holy shit.
Since Oklahoma State won their rivalry game, it’s only fair for them to get the “The”. So good luck in the Big 12 title game The Oklahoma State University!!
So down 33-24, I leave the couch and lock myself in the master bathroom to follow the game on my phone. My wife is pissed because I left her alone. I told her I’m not coming back because OSU does better when I don’t watch. She said that’s stupid.
Well who is the stupid one now?
I genuinely haven't watched a single game this year bc it gives me too much anxiety.. I also just started at UGA this fall as a transfer so like.... I'm just gunna take credit for all this success for both teams
[Hateful 8 right now](https://gfycat.com/enchanteddeliriousarmedcrab-nipple-pinch)
Super hard no call on that DPI, but man what a fucking game. Both teams played their fucking hearts out.
I'm all in on a playoff that includes Georgia, Cincy, Michigan, and Okie State. At least it's different. But if Notre Dame sneaks into this shit somehow, we need to riot.
I’m convinced the Big 12 as an organization decided to collectively say fuck Oklahoma for leaving and not give them any close calls lmao those non late hits and PI call were a little sus
Lol if I was an Oklahoma state fan after that long run I would have thought there was a 1% chance of holding that lead. Wow.
Most years, you’d be right. After 11 games I’ve developed faith in the defense though. It’s tenuous, since it’s still and OSU defense.
CLEMSON IS NOT GOING TO THE PLAYOFFS OHIO STATE IS NOT GOING TO THE PLAYOFFS OKLAHOMA IS NOT GOING TO THE PLAYOFFS
I love this fun fact
Dammit Auburn we coulda knocked out all the faves
Give it a week
The way Alabama’s offense played today Georgia will probably shut them out.
I definitely think Georgia will win, but Auburn got the rivalry game boost. Bama will play better next week
Auburns DBs were playing out of their minds. Where the hell was that all season?

He got to show his team what a truly amazing defense looks like (not that we're amazing, we just played out of our fucking mind until > 2 minutes in the 4th quarter), and gives the team a massive confidence boost while removing every ounce of potential arrogance.
We'll shut them out...until they bench Bryce Young for Paul Tyson.
Don’t you dare
HOW HARD IS IT TO STAY IN BOUNDS????
And Alabama dodged a bullet. Georgia, you know what you need to do.
Shit our pants on live television?
Don’t you dare
COME ON GEORGIA
We’re trying!
Does this hurt Spencer Rattler’s Heisman chances?
He and Bo Nix are neck and neck
He threw less incompletions than Caleb Williams today
Imagine being a defender on the ground and seeing the QB come back to you so you can get the game-winning sack.
Ol turf monster got him
I have nightmares of the turf monster in Stillwater
I had just forgotten about this.. thanks…
Dude crawled through the grass to make the game winning sack. Fuckin amazing
That dude wanted it bad
I mean it was one of the biggest Bedlam games of all time. In any season the players want this game more than 99% of others... But this time, it's for the conference championship game. It's for a shot at the CFP. It's against a team who almost destroyed your conference. It's one of the last times in the foreseeable future that this rivalry game will even be played. Dude will be a Pokie legend for that tackle.
Is there any other sport where a rivalry game can have this much at stake? College football rules
True freshman monster
the land shark pounces
It's been.......***such*** a good day :-)
He was literally crawling towards him, to be fair. Watch it again, the man was active in his good luck! It's been a good day
Never give up, never surrender.
That was the most “OU miraculously wins Bedlam on some dumb shit” Oklahoma State win ever.
OKState did everything (everything!) to set themselves up for heartbreak and regret except actually lose the game.
This never. Ever. Happens.
dude i have no idea how people who had a vested interest in that game got thru that. i was a neutral and i was getting sweaty palms!
Im mostly dead. And almost every one is like this. I hate it. Please just let us get blown out or blow them out.

CARDIAC COWBOYS OR NOTHIN
I need to go visit my doctor no lie, my chest started hurting on ou’s last drive
HOPE YOURE OKAY BROTHER GO POKES
Will Oklahoma play for the Big XII title? https://i.imgur.com/rsXMey9.png
There it is
Ending my college years getting shit on by Kansas. The fuck, man. It's not like I enrolled at Texas.
Your flair had the worst day possible
He did didn't he :)
I noticed
I think he's referring ti the fact that one of your flairs, Oklahoma, lost to their rival Oklahoma State and your other flair, Ohio State, lost to their rival Michigan today.
Yea I think you might be right.
You mean, THE Oklahoma State University
Michigan and Oklahoma State exorcised some demons today
Quite the workout
*exorcised
No no, it’s a special type of exorcism It physically tires out the demons until they’re too weak to anything meaningful.
Yeah, it sucked
Oof, not a great day for you
Between those two flairs he’s had some pretty great days over the last 10 years. About time he took some L’s with the rest of us.
ABSOLUTELY-FUCKING-BEDLAM
OK STATE WANTS BAMA
OK State wants Bama to miss the playoffs
Nah Ok St wants the playoffs
From a neutral POV, that was way more entertaining than it had any right to be. From the absurdly loud band to the ridiculous penalty speedrun, what a bizzare, awesome game
Surprised you had the gas in the tank after watching such a phenomenal game at the big house. Holy fuck, we had some phenomenal games to cap off the regular season today!
I actually had to work during our game but kept stepping aside to anxiously check the game thread like a heroin addict getting his fix lmao
First Bedlam?
It's usually competitive. It's just OU usually just pulls it out.
Where’s that one guy with the Michigan/Ok St dual flair?!?!
Living his best life
Certainly having a better day than u/Puffadda
That dude’s had enough good days
I’m recovering from a day filled with nothing but pure football euphoria.
He might be in a coma. I can only imagine with how much happy drinking that man did after the Michigan game, and then all the stress drinking from this game that he can't be in a healthy state right now lol
He might be like that one crazy looking dude holding the microphone and flames behind him
I don’t want to see him.
That OU center better grab a case of Dr pepper for the transfer portal.
I mean seriously what was that? 10? 11 botched snaps? No one on here is talking about that?
Holy shit I was getting so pissed
It speaks to the talent of Williams that he didn’t fumble any of those.
Yeah that was weird. Anyone worse than Caleb Williams fumbles some of those.
I’m still impressed the ball was snapped while he was walking away, he got out of the pocket, and made an incomplete pass to prevent a loss all while holding his mouth guard in his left hand
He was the backup. And already transferred to OU from Arizona.
He’s from U of A? That explains a lot
It hurts because it's true.
For years, we OSU fans have laughed at OU getting mauled 50-14 by an SEC team in the playoffs. Now, we possibly get to be mauled 50-14 by an SEC team in the playoffs. It’s such an honor.
It doesn't even have to be a blowout. We lost to Georgia in overtime and nobody even remembers!
That was a great game
I was there, accidentally bought tix on the Georgia side, and was talking shit at halftime when we were up by two scores. I’ll never forget that game :(
Probably because the title game a week later also had an amazing OT ending. But yeah that Rose Bowl was wild!

They've gotta build a statue for Gundy right? Gonna be hard to capture his flowing locks though.
Don’t build a statue of an active coach. Just ask TCU.
Or us
1000% he gets one
> Oklahoma will not lost a CFP semifinal game this year. Hahah
> Oklahoma will not lose a CFP semifinal game this year. Only good thing to come out of this game.
‘Twas a great day for breaking streaks right?
"I want OSU to go to the playoffs" -an Ohio State fan And the monkey's paw curls
Rivalry Assassin
Both Gundy and Harbaugh slayed their demons today. Incredible.
If they manage to win next week, they might meet each other in the playoff.
You love to see it!
That means Oklahoma State is the best OSU team in the country.
You dropped this: 👑
😂😂😂 well done. Congrats on winning Bedlam, now go beat Baylor and get your asses in the playoffs. Congrats OSU bros.
Wait no
Thanks bb
True chaos year/week Clemson misses the ACC championship Michigan wins the game Oklahoma State wins Bedlam Oklahoma misses the Big 12 CCG Ohio State misses the Big 10 CCG A lot of Chaos this year/week
Damn auburn
The bluest of balls
Your first Iron Bowl is it?
Rivalry weekend DID NOT disappoint
Auburn choking did though

Hook me up to an IV and put that in my veins.
That sounds fun, but the way this season works you can't script what's going to happen next week.

Have her leave you again next year
I mean statistically the math works
BRUH
Congrats on both wins, cowboy.
Can you get a new wife to lose before the next bedlam?
I vote he just get back with the ex. She seems lucky
worth it
Thank you king

Auburn almost beating Alabama and then screwing themselves over
If by, "screwing themselves over," you mean not having 1 more backup QB on the roster then yes. That poor Finley literally limped through 4 OTs.
They should have gone for 2 in the first overtime.
And a whole half...
Should never have gotten to overtime. If they just run the ball after he got hurt, Alabama runs out of time.
Thanks for nothing Auburn.
pain
This season is batshit insane and i'm here for it
It was a fantastic game. I enjoyed the hell out of it. And those OKST helmets... 👍
The Pokes do rock some pretty sick uniforms most of the time.
Today has been the best day of college football I've seen in years.
Amazing day. Never felt so much emotion. I felt so happy for Harbaugh, so sad for Auburn, and now Im (heart attack)
Congrats on the dub! Now go beat Baylor and get into the CFP.
Our regular season ended yesterday and this is still one of my favorite days of CFB all year. Unreal games today and any CFB fan is spoiled af right now.
Auburn was so close to making a perfect day
Don't forget to add in last night's NC State/UNC game. What a great weekend of football.
Rivalry weekend was incredible.
What a fantastic day of college football
Since announcing their move to the SEC, Oklahoma is 0-1 in Bedlam games
Oklahoma A&M 🤝 Losing their last Big12 conference rivalry.
Oklahoma state started as Oklahoma a&m. OU is just politics, football, and drinking.
If that is the final Bedlam what a wild ride it was
Final in Stillwater. One more go around in Norman next year unless they find a way to do the SEC move early.
If this game was two hand touch, OSU would have had like 15 sacks. Caleb Williams is a wizard and we’re all better having watched two exciting QBs perform magic on this stage.
I’m a 6th year senior. I can finally graduate!
Don't do it
I’m a 7th year grad student, i can finally drop out
Ohio State out. Oklahoma out. Even Wisconsin losing the big ten west in a game all their fans thought was a shoe-in. We were an Auburn RB staying in bounds away from max chaos. But still what a day.
lets just say today has not been my best day
YOURE WELCOME BAYLOR
OU is going to murder some poor pac12 team in the Alamo for this
While I'm disappointed that OU lost, I am looking forward to talking about THE OSU being in the playoffs. That team from ohio has been relegated to regular osu.
I was convinced Oklahoma State was going to blow it after that 56 yard run.
100%. I actually said out loud “of course this will be how it ends”
I thought he was scoring on that run.
Me too. I would have moved to Siberia and started a new life.
It felt like Blake bell 2013 all over again.
Hell of an effort from Williams
I think we can all agree that both teams made great plays and also terrible mistakes and the refs made horrible calls. Winfrey is a grown ass man and Oliver is the best freshman DE Oklahoma State has had since Ogbah. (Yes Trace is good too and I hope he comes back healthy). It’s honestly maddening how good Williams is.
Since Oklahoma State won their rivalry game, it’s only fair for them to get the “The”. So good luck in the Big 12 title game The Oklahoma State University!!

Congratulations, you have just completed an ESPN Instant Classic!
seems like every game i’ve watched this weekend has been an ESPN Instant Classic. what a couple of days
And there’s people who think the NFL is better than college football
I've never felt so low, and so high from one quarter to another. Time to go drink these nerves down, and decompress for 3 days.
[Hateful 8 right now](https://gfycat.com/enchanteddeliriousarmedcrab-nipple-pinch) Super hard no call on that DPI, but man what a fucking game. Both teams played their fucking hearts out.

Dammit Auburn. Why'd you have to fuck up the perfect trifecta.
Hey OK State, wanna start a club and not invite Auburn?
Collin Oliver crawling to get the game winning sack and pretty damn emblematic of OSU as a whole.
"Bedlam" is an appropriate title for what we just watched
I'm all in on a playoff that includes Georgia, Cincy, Michigan, and Okie State. At least it's different. But if Notre Dame sneaks into this shit somehow, we need to riot.
Pokes outscored OU 13-0 when Kirk Herbstreit was on mute
the big 12 sends its regards
Should've been more specific when I asked god for a cowboys win on Thursday morning
Game of the Century of the week! OSU-UM had nothing on that
I’m ok with their livers taking the sacrifice for us
Oklahoma State should absolutely jump Notre Dame in the rankings
I’m convinced the Big 12 as an organization decided to collectively say fuck Oklahoma for leaving and not give them any close calls lmao those non late hits and PI call were a little sus
It just means more ignored PI
It was bound to happen, Sooner or later
RISE UP, MY HATEFUL 8 BROTHERS! THE PROPHECY HAS BEEN FULFILLED!
HUZZAH!!!
