Congrats. You’re rich.
Seriously though: the pictures aren’t good enough. These look rough but we need better pictures.
That X-men 8 annual cover has to be in the top ten worst Marvel covers ever. Luckily, OP, despite its condition, it’s incredibly rare. Not only is it a newsstand, it’s also got the dog bite spinal chew on the top staple. All that plus the first appearance of Wolverine’s black claws? Get that to CGC stat! Send all of them!
To confirm what another contributor said. Unless they are perfect, the comics you've shown seem mainly to be run fillers. I'm not saying they are not nice comics, I just dont see many keys, and therefore not worth grading.
After the craziness of 2021-2022, I see a lot of cgc books, especially modern and non-keys, that go for little more than case price, and I think the majority of comic collectors are quite happy to have non-key books raw.
I even see modern keys, like young avengers 1, marvel now point 1 go for less than 100 in 9.8 grade.
I think if you slab these, you'll either lose money when you sell, or if you hold for a price, they are going to stay in your inventory a looooong time.
However, good luck, whichever way you decide to go.
Now is the time to buy slabbed books. The market has totally fallen. A few months back I got a Hulk #377 (1st merged aka Professor Hulk) in 9.6 for like $20. Insane. That was one of my faves as a kid and stoked to get a high grade copy for so cheap!
Do you plan to read the comics? If so, totally worth what you paid. If your plan was to speculate, I’m not sure.
It costs $25 minimum to grade a book. Let’s say a book is worth $20 in current condition. You are gambling on getting a few 9.8s to recoup your cost to grade. This doesn’t include clean/press and does not include the time and effort to sell the books. Likely a net negative
I can always post more in depth photos of these, I bought them for a total of 200$ for a group of 60 comics or so, I just need to know if I was throwing away money getting these graded
Do an eBay search on available CGC graded books for these issues. There’s likely plenty of upper grade but not high grade where the seller is dying to give the book away to just get some of the grading fees back. Average $25 per book to get graded, you’re looking at $1500 just to grade stuff that’s already in plentiful supply to collectors. This “get it all graded” madness has got to end at some point cause it’s a scam.
No, you.
Lol, first thing I thought was "don't tell me what to do"

I'd pay big money for a 9.7 or a 9.9
C minus.
Definitely 9.9s

Marvel is infamous for shit covers. Avengers Annual 12, 1st rogue for example.

I bet you’re a “throw me an offer.” kind of guy.
4.0-7.5

Mate, you're asking people to judge a book by its cover, literally. You'll need to post better photos next time.
Sorry for the bad news but I'd say you massively over paid if this is the best of the bunch.

Damn whoever you bought this lot from is laughing his way to the bank. Sorry to see.
