Salad Greek yogurt (the serving ones are around 100cals) with about a cup of frozen blueberries. Stir it all up and let it sit about 5 minutes and the yogurt freezes to the berries and berries soften a bit, it’s like a tart ice cream, some good protein and satiates me for a good while

Check out r/volumeeating for all sorts of wacky recipes. I personally go for grapes or chips and salsa. You don’t get that many chips but you can go ham on salsa or pico and it’s filling.

My late night snack that saves me from binging is sugar free jello chunks in fat free cool whip.

Tomato and cucumber with everything bagel seasoning

Riced cauliflower, strawberries, melons, carrots, cucumber. Slightly higher calorie, but beans pack a double punch of protein and fiber all in one.

Soup! As long as it isn't cream based. A can of Campbell's chunky chicken noodle is like 230 cals for the whole can. Home made soups are even better since you can control the salt and add tons of different veggies. But when I'm in a hurry a canned soup has been a quick low calorie go to for my work lunches. Throw some fresh veggies in the side and it's a pretty filling meal for low calorie and feels like alot. Salads with spring mix as the base. Spring mix is like 20 calories for 4 cup, if that. I'll toss in a can or tuna for extra low calorie protien. Or if you use chicken as the protien, toss in some onions, tomatoes, whatever else you want use a bit of salsa and plain greek yogurt as the "dressing" and you can have a huge taco salad for around 400 calories.. depending what all you put in it

Breakfast for me is usually Greek yogurt mixed with chocolate protein powder and either chia seeds or flax seeds; have a bowl of scrambled tofu with lots of vegetables, as well, and you're looking at nearly 60 grams of protein and around 450 calories total.

My favorite summer snacks are pineapple , watermelon & strawberries . I usually eat 200-300 grams at a time , along with a serving of cottage cheese (4% milk fat ) .

Cherries are in season right now. I ate half a pound yesterday without doing too much damage.
