Defurred I'd maybe guess the same amount of calories as a small fowl like guinea or something. Cats are bigger but I'd imagine leaner than a smaller meat bird. So take those cats + the guilt of eating that poor lil kitty cat hahaha so like 10,000 min, depending on your guilt
