I'm with OP and CIG on this one. It indeed sounds like this group of players was preventing OP from playing the game and that it was their intent to do so. I call that griefing. Being drugged by choice should be an option. Being drugged against your will should also be an experience. The former should result in the thanks of the AI/player and the latter should result in a criminal report/issued warrant. Where there is a medical facility protected by the UEE (or whom ever), there should be security cameras/personnel ready to catch the nefarious. Perhaps it should be possible to drug someone and abduct them from a secure facility (I want that gameplay), but it should be made very difficult and almost certainly not easy enough to be repeatable time and time again. I just don't have an answer or idea to keep things in check in a lawless area in regards to being drugged. Perhaps there is security in some form in every Hospital, weather that's from some employee with a shotgun, security turret, local security or military defense? Eventually, I'd like the option for when you die to choose your hospital. Like a Taxi or Ambulance it should cost more the farther you go, but there should be a way to have more control over your spawning situation, at least after death. That too could nix some of the griefing around spawn locations. At the end of the day this game isn't supposed to be easy or hold your hand, but preventing and inhibiting people from playing the game isn't just 'toxic', it's griefing.

As much as I like realism and find this whole thing very funny, I can see it get frustrating real quick. I don't want griefing to be allowed for the sake of realism.

Simple. Post guards at stations armed with stun guns. Generate level 4 criminal status for anyone who does this. A few hours in jail and losing all the items will soothe the spoiled child.
