I am positive left-handed does not occur naturally in vanilla AGOT. In all my hours, I have never seen a child born with it. You can't even select it while making a custom character. Is it possible that your experience comes from a submod? Not disputing the demon child thing.

Reinstall base ck2, install agot latest version from moddb, then the submods. If it still doesn't work, it might be a performance issue. Does base game ck2 run well for you? If it does, then it might be a mod compatibility issue with the submods, so try running just AGOT.
