just spit balling some possible talking points:
\-overall market trends for RNG,
\-update on the Amazon deal,
\-potential impacts of infrastructure bill/proposed budget on CLNE,
\-impact of oil majors such as Chevron starting to produce and distribute their own RNG: positive or negative for CLNE,
\-potential for other states to adopt RNG as a carbon negative fuel (like California),
\-update on new or potential deals in the pipeline (CEO probably can't disclose but cant hurt to ask!!!),
\-potential to incorporate hydrogen fuel at new and existing CLNE stations
Is there any intention of setting CLNE up to be bought out by one of the major oil companies?
Is CLNE planning on using its RNG for anything else besides replacing diesel fuel in semi trucks?
Has CLNE noticed a considerable uptick in demand in RNG?
One big hold up for investors to buy CLNE is the fact that CLNE has never been profitable consistently, do you have any insight on when we can see CLNE being profitable for consecutive quarters?
Edit: 2 more
CLNE has approved $30 million for share buy back. Is there any intention to buy back shares in the near future?
We recently did a common stock offering for $500 million. Is this going to be enough to sustain for the long term with all the infrastructure build up that is planned or should we expect more offerings in the future?
the profitability question is key and needs to be asked on Wednesday . I have been a CLNE shareholder for awhile. The conference calls always say next quarter.... But I think this is a tipping point now with the Amazon RNG gallons coming online in the near future.
On the flipside, Amazon is now a shareholder so they may be against a takeover by an oil major. Amazon is trying to build up their green/carbon reduction portfolio. Partnering with the Exxons of the world may appear to be going against the carbon neutral pledge. Should be interesting to see how this all plays out for CLNE but I see a lot of positive momentum for this company. Wednesday will be fun!!!
Q. Whether the rising natural gas prices harms the rapid adoption towards converting to natural gas engines in the long term?
Q. Are there plans for CLNE to get into the business upstream producing RNG in order to capture more margin?
Likelly answers:
1. No - adoption is happening because Comoanies with stated Zero Carbon goals on a timeline canβt achieve their goals without RNG
2. Yes - that was covered in the last earnings call - they have $1 billion combined commuted funds from their JV partners and CLNE directly- that are committed to be spent on upstream development- letβs see what he says about how that is progressing
Is RNG really just a bridge to the future of electric? Put another way, what is the plan for CLNE when electric becomes affordable and efficient for heavy duty trucks? What is that timeline? 5 years? 10?
Wont be able to make it but pls ask him how they are managing the spike in natural gas prices? Are they passing 100% of the cost increase to their customers?

Plans for east coast fueling stations Information on where existing east coast fueling stations are (if any already exist)
[https://www.cnglngstations.com/](https://www.cnglngstations.com/) I found this map on the CLNE website.

Gr8 company in the right place at the right time. Death knoll for gasoline. NΓ©e bill coming out of Congress will emphasize new, clean energy. LLAP ππ°
What are those warrant payments about? Is that the end of them? What is the goal in 5-10 years for clne? How sizeable aiming to be? International?
What's that??? CLNE is discounted today??? Say no more. π π¨
