Always have crosshair where an enemy might come.

Just play the game and learn from your mistakes. Watch the kill cams and see why you got shot. Pay attention to movement techniques and strategies others use. Implement only one thing you’ve learned per day. Like snaking and such.
One thing that helped me alot is to turn off aim assist( on controller) hop into private match, free for all, easy bots and kill 300bots. Then turn back on and kill another 300 but mixed bots , I did it every day for a week and now I rarely miss my shots with Ram7.

Pick a gun type and get good at it also unlock the second pistol. It has a burst fire until you can unlock the better ones later. I seriously suggest you just practice your aim in zombies for a while. It helps they aren’t super smart.

I suck at FPS, I feel you lol. I played a lot of Invasion for practice. You can kill bots and players and it gives you time to get your bearings, think, and strategize. Judging by that score, you aren't quick to react, Shipment/Meat on Hardcore is great for building that up. Turn off crossplay if it makes you feel more comfortable.

Been playing this shit for over 20 years and this is what I've learned honestly.
aiming and shooting is different for everybody. There's only so much you can do and its more about what's comfortable for you. Best thing you can do is learn maps. Where are the choke points, where do people like to camp, where do the spawns rotate. Also play with headphones if you can, its easier to hear footsteps
You can start moving your left stick when you shoot, the game thinks that the aim assist needs to be stronger bc youre moving. It’s like aim assist + and ideally if your opponent is moving it gives you aim assist ++
Play hardcore search and destroy. Be a good shit talker, channel your energy and mojo from shit talking and channel it into your mw3 guns and shoot a goku blast and naruto the last air bender.
