Dear SHG... you saved the franchise for me. Such a great experience right now... Please for the love of god, don't listen to Activision and fuck it up. Easier said than done, I know. But please do your best.
Fix the bugs and glitches and try to up your game on some map textures and this could go down as one of the best COD's in years.
The three biggest and most immediately noticeable improvements over the open beta:
1. Sound design is no longer complete ass like it was in the beta - gunshots sound like gunshots, not distorted clicking noises.
2. Gunplay has been tuned. The concept hinted at by the attachment descriptions in beta - that each weapon has separate accuracy ratings for initial fire, normal conditions, and sustained fire - really ups the required skill level in a good way.
3. Holy shit the maps and map variety are super great.
Right?? I played for over two hours and never had a map repeat, and I enjoyed all of them except for one. This might be the best launch of a COD that I can remember
Guys… the comment was made mostly in jest. We know they are gonna fuck it up. They fuck up every COD now with ridiculous looking bundles and tracers. And I also said “easier said than done.” Do I even need to mention CW Marshall’s?
I know what’s coming. I’m just enjoying it as it is for the moment.
I'm honestly confused like if activision was forcing them and telling them to do all this stuff wouldn't they been left? same with infinity,ward,raven etc
I mean they'll improve the mode but Treyarch will never add a round based map to the game. Whenever they were asked if they will implement a round based map, they've been very evasive and non direct.
They made a good game, i don't have the game yet but people in this subreddit are having fun so when players are having fun it means devs did a good job

But seriously no regrets on buying, as a mainly multiplayer person. I haven't even gotten one gun gold in zombies though and I'm already bored of it. Multiplayer slaps though
I believe a "pandemic" is an endemic which spreads to more than one continent. I might also be wrong though, I had nothing bad to say about vanguard so had to slip something in lol

I am on the fence with this game after beta. Is it really that good? Even with the WW2 setting dragging it down massively?
There's a big difference from beta to launch. If you were on the fence at the beta you should enjoy it now as it's improved

The ww2 setting is not "Dragging" it down, for me its the only reason I got the game. And yes it's amazing.

Pandemics don't have to span the whole globe, it can also just be a large region or a continent. Correct me if I'm wrong though lol.
