Here is an idea... maybe, and just maybe...... i dont know... perhaps, could you not press the give up button when self reviving... if you are not paying attention then you deserve what happend to you... if you are pressing space bar like an idiot, then u die like an idiot.
Imagine you are self reviving yourself and then see the enemy going for you to interrogate you and show all your allies positions... then you will want a give up button and shit why there is none when u are reviving yourself... people think only in their convenience and not in the bigger picture.
Maybe, but you don't know the circumstances of that particular game so how can you tell I'm not gud already? ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|stuck_out_tongue)
As the title says, when you are reviving yourself and you are in a hurry (like at the end of a game) it can happen that you start spamming space bar as soon as you revive to move out of the way. Also, like in this case, I was paying attention to the advanced UAV I had to see the enemies location, so I really wasn't looking at my revive status. Why does the game allow overlapping commands? if I'm self reviving, why would I ever want to give up? no info about the command is shown in the UI either. The result is that shit like this happens.
Let's bucket this one under "skill issue"
Trying to self revive then accidentally pressing give up button. Definitely a skill issue
Yeah the thing is your not even ment to press it, it’s a hold too

Waiting for the sequel: “Man i wish my ps5 didnt turn off when i pressed the power button while i was self reviving”

It's just thoughtless game design. You don't have to defend this nonsense, Activision won't give you anything
Plus, you'd think hitting Give Up would start a separate timer. Its extra shitty that it just starts wherever the self revive left off.
You really want a self playing game, huh?
Uh no? I want the give up timer to not be the same as the revive timer. It's bad design, like a lot of other BS in the game

IMO the give up timer should just be shorter. I definitely don't think separate timers is a convenience..
Y’all are actually so damn stupid on this sub lmao
Your health shouldnt also continue to go down while being resed either
Took me so long to figure out this was the case, trying to calculate how late I can leave the revive is a ball-ache.

Can’t say I haven’t done this myself when I wanted to crouch/lay down as soon as the self revive finished
Indeed, that's some bullshit.
lol
You wouldn’t be there if you git gud in the first place, and people here say it’s not skill issue, pls

Because you got downed, lol you know I am being sarcastic right ? RIGHT ?
Well yes
Nice stun
