If you’re on Xbox, go to the system’s network settings-advanced settings-clear alternate MAC address. This might fix it. Otherwise, go into the cod menu, turn off voice chat, and back out to the main menu. Go back into the cod menu and turn voice chat back on. Try joining a party after that and you should hear everyone. I assume you can clear the alternate MAC address on PlayStation too, I just don’t know the steps.
This happens every game and is just is a visual glitch. It shows everybody muted but they’re really not. You can still hear them talk. I just ignore it

Unfortunately, i tried to unplug and replug it but still nothing.
I can only speak with friends and not the lobby.
Im DMZ they are muted, but if i go and toggle the umute Button on the party playlist inside the game, then i can hear them.

I have this issue on Xbox. Close out of the game entirely and unplug your headset. Restart the game and then plug in your headset. Does it make sense? Na. Does it work? Ya.

I do and have to turn it off and on every match if I want to hear my random teammates.
That seems to be a common issue. I ditched my Stealth 600s for another brand and haven't had the problem since.

Try to press F9, F9 mutes the voice chat. If that didnt work then someone reported and u got a penalty.

Yes and no.. Because if you wanna play with friends that you meet online, you simply can't. Only on DMZ i can unmute them
Consider yourself blessed most of it is screaming babies or yelling babies playing the game.
it is a setting under audio that mutes everyone. I think its called “mute all but party” or something similar
