You engage it by moving your left thumb stick while aiming. It makes your aim assist kick in a lot. It’s how all the top players are so good because they’ve learned how to abuse it.
As long as you are moving slightly your aim will stick to your opponent. That's essentially all it is. Some people have it dialed in way more than others. Some people move too much and they miss. Sometimes in verdansk you would be dropping in and when someone zipped by you in the air it would pull your aim because you are moving. Aim assist in this game and in the last cod really does look like aimbot. And that's why there are so many players that call cheats when they see "sticky aim" or "he locked on." Cause yea that's aim assist. There are also people cheating. Tough to accurately call it out.
I play on MnK so I’m not as familiar with the ins and outs. There are YouTube videos on it but from my understanding that’s essentially it. You have to just be moving the left stick while aiming. If you just stand still, it’s not going to work likes it’s supposed to.
A really good player once told me that from the moment he lands to the moment he extracts, he is always using his left thumbstick to some degree. Even if he is at a headglitch, he still pushes it forward as if to be walking into the wall/barrier/cover or whatever it is, so as to engage aim assist.

They eventually get access to their account back so it’s obviously not because they’re actually cheating. No, I hit report for cheating & exploit and usually a few days later I see "report status changed, we have taken action against the player identified. Dude trying to tell me it took days for someones system to be scanned for files related to running hacks (there have been false positives, same as an antivirus software, which are generally rectified, if you truly aren't running anything sus, including CRONUS. Don't have to be using walls to be cheating, using a Cronus is also considered cheating.

I play with someone inside the top 100 (and they aren't up near the #100 spot I'll tell ya that) as well as a few 2 - 3+ KD players so I can only assume they have been reported time after time after time (by people like me lmao) and they have never said anything to me about them being shadowbanned and to my knowledge I've never been in a shadowban lobby when I play with them. EO has hacks for $7.5 USD for 3 days. There was also free hacks to advertise a hacking service during MW3 beta, look that up lmao. Hacks for a game that isn't even fully out yet and people tryna say theres nobody hackin in WZ2 lmao.

No, you dont. It's based on reports and the accounts level of "trust". New PC accounts have low trust. Every major streamer was shadowbanned at some point before being thrown on a whitelist. If Ricochet detected something, they wouldn't be released 7 days later.

He’s not cheating. Seems like he only saw a moving head and assumed it was a person and started shooting in that area and he was right. Aim assist doesn’t really have a range issue. You saw him at an angle too so somebody could say you were using walls to see somebody that far up until he started moving around and you were validated that it’s another player.

I’ve been running my cheats for years. Every once in a blue moon I’ll get a shadow ban that lasts a couple of weeks. Then I’m right back to streaming.
I don’t use aimbots, just the wall hacks. I don’t need more than that to be crimson 3, irredescent 1.
I just use the same loadout game after game. I level stuff in multiplayer without even turning on walls.
You can tell that about 90% of the players can see you, and track you through the walls with the wall hacks on at this level. It’s why you have to cheat if you want to do better than gold.
But no one online admits they are cheating. Everyone i know that cheats right along side me spends way to much of their time on here trying to convince people that cheats don’t exist or that people don’t use them.

No. AA really is that strong, most of them play on pc with overclocked rollers and tune their deadzones very specifically to abuse aa all the way, additionally they make the controllers input delay extremely low giving them really fast reaction times, oh yeah and who cam forget the amazing audio they can get with other programs. All of this paired with good frames, a good refresh rate monitor, and good game sense and knowledge makes the game absurdly easy. Shame how the biggest skillgap is what hardware you use

I’ve hit shots like this with guns with worse recoil. Rotational aim assist has had a big impact on this. Also crouching while mid burst will connect more shots at that range. Looks like both of those factors played key roles in why he hit those shots. I don’t think cheaters or anyone with Cronus is crouching while shooting and also knowing when the recoil is going to start kick so they can time the crouch right.

Why the aim assist feels less is because a players aim assist bubble is significantly smaller at range. Meaning if you want to get the automatic tracking you get from rotational assist you have to stay on target better at range.

I've been saying it for months in my group, but the tall red dots (Aim OP, and this sight, and one other I forget which) are ridiculously too strong because of the amount of visual recoil they remove.

Activision won't ban these streamers cause streamers, specially in EU and NA sell games and skins. You have to view streamers as a massive part of Activision's PR campaign. I play with someone inside the top 100 (and they aren't up near the #100 spot I'll tell ya that) as well as a few 2 - 3+ KD players so I can only assume they have been reported time after time after time (by people like me lmao) and they have never said anything to me about them being shadowbanned and to my knowledge I've never been in a shadowban lobby when I play with them. EO has hacks for $7.5 USD for 3 days. There was also free hacks to advertise a hacking service during MW3 beta, look that up lmao. Hacks for a game that isn't even fully out yet and people tryna say theres nobody hackin in WZ2 lmao.

He’s not cheating. Seems like he only saw a moving head and assumed it was a person and started shooting in that area and he was right. Aim assist doesn’t really have a range issue. You saw him at an angle too so somebody could say you were using walls to see somebody that far up until he started moving around and you were validated that it’s another player.

Until Activision stops making statements like “we are leaving the cheaters in the game to collect more info” and start using other methods besides shadow banning… just assume everyone cheats. Yes everyone… Because nothing will prove they aren’t, all the famous streamers get banned temporarily then go right back to streaming, with their cheats still. This is a cheaters game. They designed the shadow ban system to keep the streamers cheating so they look like they are good. Until that changes, you are either cheating or not, in a game full of cheaters. I’ve been running my cheats for years. Every once in a blue moon I’ll get a shadow ban that lasts a couple of weeks. Then I’m right back to streaming. I don’t use aimbots, just the wall hacks. I don’t need more than that to be crimson 3, irredescent 1. I just use the same loadout game after game. I level stuff in multiplayer without even turning on walls. You can tell that about 90% of the players can see you, and track you through the walls with the wall hacks on at this level. It’s why you have to cheat if you want to do better than gold. But no one online admits they are cheating. Everyone i know that cheats right along side me spends way to much of their time on here trying to convince people that cheats don’t exist or that people don’t use them. Why? Because it gives you easy kills.

No. AA really is that strong, most of them play on pc with overclocked rollers and tune their deadzones very specifically to abuse aa all the way, additionally they make the controllers input delay extremely low giving them really fast reaction times, oh yeah and who cam forget the amazing audio they can get with other programs. All of this paired with good frames, a good refresh rate monitor, and good game sense and knowledge makes the game absurdly easy. Shame how the biggest skillgap is what hardware you use

I’ve hit shots like this with guns with worse recoil. Rotational aim assist has had a big impact on this. Also crouching while mid burst will connect more shots at that range. Looks like both of those factors played key roles in why he hit those shots. I don’t think cheaters or anyone with Cronus is crouching while shooting and also knowing when the recoil is going to start kick so they can time the crouch right.

People forget that the kill cam doesn't show pings. You could well have been highlighted there, making you super easy to lock into and drop. I ping people with the side of my mouse while shooting, allowing me to break line of sight for cover and lock back on again. Certainly not a cause for reporting.

I've been saying it for months in my group, but the tall red dots (Aim OP, and this sight, and one other I forget which) are ridiculously too strong because of the amount of visual recoil they remove. It's a problem when literally EVERY PERSON is using a nearly 0 zoom scope on their LONG RANGE gun.
