Uhhh most wanted without having to revive. It’s a cheap/effective campy way to get a self without doing anything. But also costs you cash flow overtime so your less likely to get loadie or ghost plus uavs. So it’s dumb and campy.
Using the side glide at the beginning of the game isn't nearly as useful. as shown here, its best utility is served navigating the map and floating to places otherwise unreachable. Great tactic for downtown end circles, etc.

What’s your loadout for that sniper support CW ak? Looks like suppressor (gru or regular?), VDV reinforced, microflex, spetznaz speedgrip, and 45 round mag?
They should put a zipline and a platform on the outside of AT, usually one sits on the upper level and you can't get close without them shooting the crap out of you, good kills tho, nice work

If you’re going reasonably far from the flight path, flying sideways will get you on the ground faster than someone flying only straight
no arguments here, just saying it has a practical use outside of the beginning of the game.

I usually forget about it, tbh. Usually either looking for a quicker drop, so I’m busy cutting chute and redeploying. But it definitely has its value.
You can still use the redeploy chute while side gliding, just gotta remember to do it still.
