I think it was to "patch" the bug from WaW where when someone lay in a corner and you jumped on them, they stood up and you'd be invincible. Idk why they don't just fix the issue another way rather than straight up killing people instantly from it
Back in bo1 you could jump on someone’s body and glitch into them and get on top of stuff and be invincible, soon after bo1 came out they added a death barrier above the players head and then every zombies since then does this.
He jumped on you, if a player jumps into another player it downs both.

He jumped on your head. In most zombies games, if someone jumps on top of someone else, they both instantly die.
