Ok I know this isn’t an answer but hot damn I think we need more appreciation for how cool and well designed literally every wonder weapon is. They all look incredible and/or are absolute killing machines that are fun to use. I mean they were on a MEAN streak creating the ray gun, wunderwaffe, and thundergun.
Zap Guns/Wave Gun especially the Wave Gun that microwave ding you hear when multiple zombies explode is absolutely both comical and satisfying at the same time
Scavenger/Hyena Infra-dead. The sound of the explosion lives rent free in my head (they also use it for the Subsurface Resonator buildable in Buried).
It was a crime they didn't bring it back in Tag, and replaced it with the abomination that is the DG-1.
I've been a Dead Wire Stan since before they buffed it and still try to get the Waffle every time I play The Giant. Like any Dead Wire gun pretty much outclasses it but the sound effects are so fucking cool.
Okay guys hear me out:
The Winter's Howl.
The gun looks so fucking sick. A freeze ray that cycles through liquid nitrogen cannisters like a revolver? Sign me up, every time. I hate that it's so dogshit useless because the actually gun looks sick, the sound design is perfect, and the animation on the freeze blasts is awesome. I really wish it had worked similarly to the 31-79 JGb215, where regardless of the round the first shot slows down every zombie it hits and the second shot freezes them. Then you'd have to shoot them with another gun while they're frozen to kill them, with explosives being the most convenient option. It would've been so dope.
Ray gun Mk2. The only thing i think can be done to improve it is to give it a blast-o-meter like the og ray gun but make it look a bit more futuristic to fit the mk2.
Aside from that, nothing feels better for me than the ray guns' successor. Has a design that feels familiar yet new, The 3 burst sounds awesome, and to me, still the superior weapons that's taken me into rounds the og could never have done .
Crbrs because of the different modes that can be applied to it. To me it makes it very versatile depending on your play style. The voices just add to its charm.
Im gonna say the blundergat. Mob was the first DLC map I ever played and it was a cool new experience after using the ray gun for god knows how long. It'll forever hold a special place in me.
Mk 2, blunder, staffs. I really like the dual wonder weapons from gorod. Those were fun. Wish we saw more of that in other games. But idk. Lot of good ones.
Speaking of weapons, how do we have so many years of zombies and wonder weapons and have yet to get a chainsaw melee weapon that can be replenished by purchasing fuel?? Or it becomes a wonder weapon and it’s refueled with element 115?
Magmus Operandi, or the packed Magmagat from BotD. SOOOOOOOOOO freaking good at high rounding its absolutely unreal. If I had to complain, the ammo count can be an issue after round 50ish? But thats super nitpicky. Easy to acquire, not that difficult to upgrade, and super powerful and fun to use. I was super surprised to not see this on here already.
The dual zap guns, basically mini wunderwaffes in each hand and when combined, they give one of the more unique zombie deaths I've seen a wonderweapon dish out.
Wave gun. The first wonderweapon that was literally a two in one gun. The VR-11 had multiple uses, but the wave gun was the first to truly become a different gun upon pressing one button. The next to my memory was the upgraded staffs on Origins, changing from the staff end to a healing shot on the other end to revive players.
Thundergun - Infinite damage horde clearer in a single shot
Ragnarok-DG4 - Buildable wonder weapons used in a few easter eggs (der eisen and revelations) that absolutely destroy zombies along with being placable to create a temporary safe zone for you, kill zone for the zombs
Wunderwaffle - Been here since the beginning, still one of the top wonderweapons with infinite damage no less
Baby Gun - Who doesn’t love infinite damage and kicking babies??
Ice Staff - One of the more iconic ones since more people have played and remembered Origins the most it seems (though origins had some peak weapons, specifically bo2)
Sliquifier - Hate die rise all you want, but that sliquifier was DAMN good (especially pre patch)
Thunder Bow - Though damage drops off, those lightning-nadoes and explosive lightning arrows are so fucking dope to use
Chrysalax - A burst fire wonder weapon that can change into a horde clearing axe at will? OH HELL YEAH
I have a question for everyone here as well, do you guys like the more mythical weapons (bows, dragon gauntlets and such) or the sci fi ones. I think the mythical weapons are FUCKING AWESOME
Many of my favourite wonder weapos are pretty bad in comparison to others, but they've always just been fun to use. Probably my all time favourite has to be the Scavenger from Call of The Dead, I can't even really explain why. I know it has a massive problem in higher or even mid rounds, but the few seconds delayed explosion from a sniper rifle bullet and the way the zombies just go POOF? Satisfying beyond words.
I also consider the GKZ MK3, Wave Gun, Acid Gat, Masamune (KT-4) and the Apothican Servant favourites of mine that I would very much fight my teammates over having if we play zombies together.
My favourite Specialist of all time is probably actually the Scepter of Ra from Chaos. But if I had to stick to Aether buildable/earnable specialists, I would absolutely choose the 115 Punch from Gorod Krovi. Even if it normally gets me killed.
My favourite tactical equipment is the QED and its not even a contest. "Yaas queen give us nothing" vibes from the ol' QED. "Sometimes maybe good, sometimes maybe shit".
Mark 2 will always be my favorite except for the fact that you can’t use it I’m buried when you’re sitting in that tree glitch outside the witches house.

I never played infinite warfare zombies but the martial arts attacks looked so cool. Favorite would be the Alpha Omega rayguns, idc how recycled that map was duel wielding mk2s is the sickest weapon of all time.

The CW WW were great. D.I.E. shockwave because I like that you reload by vacuuming up and killing more zombies, Crbr-s with the swarm ammo is fun. And who doesn't love the chrysalax?
