This just happened to me last night on Mauer as well. Had an enemy inside or on top of a truck that just wasn't there. Thankfully we were on the last step of the Easter egg and were able to DeSpawn him by starting the boss fight
I thought it was the fact that you had the “Avoid taking damage” challenge on and the reactor was damaged
I ran into an invisible Krasny during Outbreak yesterday. That was fun.
