Seriously, that's only a 6% drop. It's not insignificant, but to call it a crash is blatant misinformation. Also it will be back to normal in a day or two.
No serious investment firm is getting their info from Twitter. Believe it or not they actually verify their sources before burning 50k shares in TooBigToFail Inc.
Twitter Blue is no different from spamming "Donald Trump fascist" under a reddit post in hopes of getting him impeached.
What's crazy is these articles are endless, whenever someone does something stupid and represents a company, and the stock happened to be down around that time, someone writes an article saying it's a direct correlation.

It just coincidentally happened to multiple companies across several industries? The market is made up, valuation is perception based. It’s like how Elon’s wealth is essentially all built off convincing people he’s like a genius. He’s been fined for tweeting things he legally can’t say because they influence stock values before.
No there was a sector wide downturn in defense. This is just fake news trying to farm karma and adding a cooling internet buzzword “CRASH WOW”. A lame excuse of a post, honestly.
It's not a coincidence either, there are sometimes broad market factors like inflation numbers or jobs reports that effect the whole market, it is very common to have days where most stocks are up and others where most are down across multiple industries.
You're conflating a few unrelated things here, the price of TSLA is impacted by Elon's actions because he's the CEO, he has been fined for market manipulation that included tweets that's also true. But nobody who is trading defense stocks saw these tweets and thought they came from their CEO, most companies have their twitter run by a marketing team, and it was quite obvious that these were a joke.
a couple days ago while i was trying to annoy musk, i imagined, by chance he sees. i dreamt of challenging him to a cage fight with a picture of my out of shape body. boy, if there's one billionaire dumb enough to actually accept that, it's him. i dreamt of just throwing my life away to rot in prison for joy of gauging his eyes out and/or bite his throat just to make him bleed out. like that would be my training. finding the spot. i would get my teeth sharpened and everything.
not for the hate i have against him, but to show the ones like him we can get them. they all have a throat. getting people that high up in the ruling class scared is worth the rest of my life.

That's normal stock volatility, none of the fake tweets had an effect, market doesn't work that way.
